The perfect retreat! Tucked away on a private lane, 15min to downtown Fairhope.

This home is the perfect combination of cozy rural beauty and convenient access to downtown Fairhope and the rest of the Eastern Shore. It is located at the end of private lane on a one acre lot backing up to natural forest. A pleasant and restful retreat for a family or couple to relax and/or explore the local area. The rear screened in porch is perfect to view the lush and shady yard which has two private driveways for easy parking. The house itself sleeps 7 comfortably with all new furniture throughout. The kitchen has all you will need for home cooking, but many restaurants are also in close vicinity. Wireless internet, new TVs with Roku devices, and washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. We hope that the John Deere House will be an excellent home base that you will love during your stay in Fairhope.

A bit of heaven in Lower Alabama

The location is excellent for us... we have a 13-year-old Border Collie rescue and he really enjoys walking in the area.... quiet for him and few less distractions.. The VRBO is truly home away from home for us

Family Wedding

Our youngest son got married on November 30th. This was perfect location to get to venues and gather any last minute items. The home was beautiful! The host were wonderful! We enjoyed staying here!!

Beautiful Home & Perfect Location

The John Deere house was absolutely perfect and well-equipped with everything needed to feel like home for a two week stay. Comfy bed, lots of space, and spotlessly clean. And the location is amazing! Completely private and secluded on a large, beautiful lot but only a short drive to downtown Fairhope and all it has to offer. The owner is very kind and gracious and we look forward to staying again next trip to the area. Thank you for hosting us in your home!

Perfectly comfortable

The house is in a beautiful country setting, but not too far from shopping/restaurants/etc.. It was very clean and well appointed. We were able to cook a meal easily, and we had everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable, and it was just the right kind of place that my sister and I needed to be in the area to visit my mother.

We rented this vacation home to be near my niece's wedding venue. The house was spotless. The appliances looked new. The house was described perfectly on VRBO. The only amenity I would add is to put small soaps in the bathrooms. My family had a wonderful stay here! Thank you for being such a good host.

The house was perfect! Could not of asked for a better location. Loved the country atmosphere Blueberry bushes were in bloom. My grandchildren enjoyed picking those for a treat to eat. Screened in porch made of wonderful fir sitting outside agd enjoying our visit
