Beautiful three bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located in Venice Beach.
Named as one of Los Angeles most vibrant neighborhoods, Venice is a mecca for culture loving beach goers who revel in the up and coming art, food and tech entrepreneur scene.

We are steps from the Venice Pier, beach, shops and restaurants. We provide two beach cruiser bikes and beach chairs and towels. Washer and dryer in unit. There are three queen sized beds and a large daybed in the TV area.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Location! Location! Location! I purchased this building because it is on a quiet walk street, yet very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. This is my primary home and I care for it as an owner would. We are minimalists, and when we host, we remove all personal items except coffee, tea, cooking spices and oils.
