Small Family Gathering

This house was great for us. We needed it for an unexpected gathering. It gave us a chance to bond as a family. Limited television which meant lots of talking, laughing, and playing games. The younger members enjoyed eating dessert by the fire.

Made a Sad Visit Better

Our family was unfortunately in Southern Pines for a memorial service following an unexpected death. This property was a welcome refuge during a tough time. It has a great layout for a family, with a beautiful master on the lower floor and multi-bed rooms on the upper floor. The location is excellent: close enough to town that it's not a big deal to drive in, but far enough out that it feels secluded. The host was very accommodating when we ended up arriving early. Highly recommended!

When we arrived, the AC was not working on the second floor. Host immediately responded and sent a technician to resolve the issue. Wonderful kitchen for entertaining family while we were in town. In ground pool was a bonus especially in 100 degree heat.
