Welcome to our spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located in the beautiful town of Southern Pines! Our home is perfect for families or groups looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay while exploring all that the area has to offer.

The main floor of our home features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms, and living room. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary cookware and appliances to make your stay feel like home. The dining room table seats 6 (but can add more chairs) and the living room has plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to relax. The main bedroom features a king bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a desk.

Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms (one with 2 twin XL beds and there other with 2 full size beds) and the theater room with a 70 inch TV.

Outside, there is a large fenced in backyard with a large pool, fire pit, outdoor games (corn hole and ladder ball) and grill for outdoor cooking and relaxation. The home also has a 2-car garage for secure parking.

Our home is conveniently located just a short drive from downtown Southern Pines, where you can find shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The Pinehurst Resort and Country Club, home of the famous golf courses, is just a few minutes away. The Sandhills region, which is known for its stunning landscape and outdoor recreational opportunities, is also nearby.

Very relaxing and quiet neighborhood. Very close drive to downtown Southern Pines, Pinehurst and several golf courses are 5-10 minutes away from the home.

Bring your golf clubs and get ready to play some top tier golf courses or come spend a relaxing time and enjoy the great outdoor and indoor spaces.
