Puamana is just right

Comfortable condo in a great location. Water & beach access through well maintained grounds right out the door. The whale & monk seal sighting really added to the incredible experience.

Enjoyed our stay very much!

Lovely condo with lawn from the lanai to the ocean in front! The complex has multiple pools and is well maintained. 10 minute walk to downtown Lahaina from the complex. Will stay here again!

GREAT location, 40 yards from the water, gated community. Brand new kitchen, with all full size appliances including washer and dryer in separate laundry room. Comfortable beds, newer bathrooms. The staff was very prompt with their responses and helpful with questions.

The condo is in a fantastic location and the size was perfect for our family of 5. The only drawback would be a few more kitchen type items. Outside of that, the location was perfect and quick to get anywhere we needed. The sunsets on the log with waves crashing in front of you couldn’t be beat. Evening football games with the fam on the huge grassy yard, amazing! Definitely recommend this spot!

Amazing Property & location!

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers) absolutely loved everything about this property! We loved having 2 bedrooms and easy, walkout access to the ocean. The location is so convenient to everything, and the sunsets are stunning! In addition, the neighbors and property management was so friendly! We did not want to leave, but we will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Beautiful home with exceptional sea views

Our family stayed here for 5 nights. The checkin and checkout was easy. We absolutly loved the home, it was just perfect for me, my husband and kids. Every morning coffee looking over the ocean was heaven for me. The sunsets were amazing. Spotted some turtles in the waves. The property was very neat and had every thing we needed. kids loved the swimming pool and playing at the beach. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Maui.

Excellent Maui condo

We had an amazing vacation at this Puamana condo. Property managers were available and responsive. A couple things needed to be fixed, but were minor.

Amazing Location

We love the location and nice property. There was an issue with cleaning, however I called and they came right back and fixed the issues. I was very happy with the response.

Amazing!

This was better than expected, the condo was spacious, comfortable, steps to the water, quiet, and the AC was welcome with the warm weather. So grateful to the owners for the unforgettable memories our family had. A great community feel with the friendly neighbors, yet very respectful of the locals and frequent travelers. A very big Aloha!

Spectacular view; established neighborhood

This is a townhouse condominium that looks directly across the Pacific Ocean to the island of Lanai. The development is from the mid1960s but the unit was recently renovated. It is conveniently located at the southern end of Front Street making for an easy drive to Lahaina and quick access to the highway to get to the other towns in Maui.

Clean property, perfect fit for family of 4, and a special patio looking straight out to the ocean. I spent every morning and evening on the patio. Peaceful perfection. Everything was clean, the kitchen has all the tools one would need, and the location was pretty central to everything we wanted to do including a grocery store and 2 restaurants within about 10min.The negatives were not enough to sway us on how we felt but should be mentioned. Small ants or something like that will appear in the kitchen if you leave ANYTHING out but this is expected at most beach spots we've stayed at. There were also a few water damaged areas from leaking AC units. Like I said, this didn't effect our visit but over time it could cause more of an issue. Lastly the neighbor that lives there but is selling her property was a bit of a distraction watching tv loudly with doors open even at 7am and loudly giving home tours to potential buyers. Hopefully she sells soon and then this will no longer be an issue.Overall the property was exactly what we wanted. To be able to walk straight across the yard to sit by the water was priceless. Lahaina is still rebuilding so I assume the area will get better and better and we will definitely return in the future.

Condo on the water

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Puamana. The community is well maintained and quiet. Our condo was well stocked with cookware, appliances, etc. We had a beautiful view of Lanai and were super close to the shore (~120 ft). The water is shallow with light surf - not a snorkeling beach, but great for a quick dip. It's rocky though, so wear shoes. This complex is close enough to town that you could walk to Front Street for shopping and restaurants (1.3 miles about 20-25 min walk). It's a 5 min. drive to the free public parking lot (3 hr max) at the south end of Front Street. About 15 min. drive to Ka'anapali Beach, and a 55 min. drive to Makena Beach.All in all a great place to stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: unit 216-2 was in dire need of some maintenance....1 no A/c on main floor throughout our stay2 malfunctioning A/c unit in master bed room which required constant emptying of a bucket from a dripping unit throughout our stay.3 non functioning ice maker throughout our stay4 broken down hot water heater w no hot water x 2 daysThe staff for checking in were awesome and the maintenance staff were timely/courteous and accomadating....overall the human resources were exceptional but the unit as mentioned required some love! It did no deliver as advertised!

The location is great! Beautiful sunsets every night. But within 2 hours of our arrival, the power went off and stayed off for 22 hours. No TV, no coffee, no hot water, no A/C. Residents told us that rolling power outages are not unusual. The entire Lahaina area and north were out.The kitchen and bathrooms are updated, but the rest of the unit is original. Air conditioners are old and noisy, with visible ductwork on the walls. It appeared that the one in the primary bedroom had a leak that worked its way into the wall. The windows are original and screen doors don't fit well, so we used a rolled-up towel under the front door to keep critters out.The kitchen is reasonably well-equipped, with dishes for at least 3 people, some spices and oil. Detergent was supplied for laundry, dishes and dishwasher. We were responsible for washing dishes, sheets and towels before leaving, which was ok.Because of the noisy air conditioner, we turned off the one in our bedroom at night and turned on the one in the other bedroom.Beware getting too friendly with the next door neighbor. She was nice at first but talkative, and she became very aggressive about her politics. In the end we avoided each other.Maui itself is difficult to get around, with a mostly 2-lane road around the perimeter (but not completely around!) and traffic can be very slow some times of the day. Getting to other areas of the island requires driving back to the airport and looping around from there.

Look no further, stay here!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this condo! The home has everything you need for a relaxing holiday (including beach towels, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, and beach chairs - all of which they don’t even tell you about!). The kitchen is well equipped and nicely updated. The bathrooms have obviously been recently renovated and are beautiful! The bedrooms are perfect. The view from the master bedrooms is second to none. We slept with the windows open to hear the waves. 😍. The air conditioning works well in both bedrooms and the living room to keep the entire condo cool. The pull out sofa in the living room was actually quite comfortable (according to my 12 year old son who LOVED sleeping there and listening to the waves). We (two adults, 14 year old, 12 year old, and 9 year old) had this home for 10 nights and couldn’t imagine a better place to stay. You have the quiet of a gated community, we felt safe letting our kids run ahead of us and just be kids, but you’re also extremely close to Lahaina and Front Street for any shopping or dining needs. Puamana is the BEST! Above all the great things provided inside the condo is the backyard. The pictures do not do it justice! The beach at Puamana is also fantastic, soft sand, no big pulls, and limited crowds. When you get tired of the ocean (or just need a break) all three pools in Puamana are great! The property managers were also incredible. Easily accessible and very responsive. We want stay here again and again! 🌺
