Thank you for reviewing your stay! We were delighted to hear you would be staying with us despite ongoing construction and were pleased to offer you a discount on your stay. However, we are so sorry if the dishwasher was not working properly and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused! According to our records, the dishwasher was a unique size and, unfortunately, had to be ordered. We greatly appreciate your understanding. We also apologize if you were not satisfied with our mattress. Although we seldom, if ever, get negative reviews about our mattresses or bedding, we will be sure to address this with the owner! Again, we thank you for your review and appreciate your feedback. Hope to see you again soon!

Thank you for your detailed review! We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the unbelievable view and found the included chairs and umbrella convenient. We apologize for the inconvenience with the elevator and the bed. Please know that maintenance is addressing the bed issue to ensure future guests have a comfortable stay. We appreciate your feedback and are happy to hear that you found the resort amazing. We look forward to welcoming you back for an improved experience.

Thank you for reviewing your stay! Although we are happy to hear you enjoyed our unit’s location and convenience to the beach, we are so sorry for any issues you experienced while staying with us. Our goal is to make each guest’s stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible and we assure you your feedback is being taken very seriously. We apologize for any parking issues you experienced and for any inconvenience this may have caused. To clarify, the upper parking deck has a clearance of 7 feet while the lower deck is just a tad shorter. However, in addition to the 10 or so spots mentioned, there is also ample overflow parking directly to the right of the garage entrance. We apologize if you missed this. We also apologize if you were not satisfied with our king mattress. We have discussed your concerns with the owner and the mattress is being replaced as soon as possible. Again, we are so sorry for any issues you experienced and hope you will accept our sincerest apologies. We hope you will consider returning for an improved experience and hope to see you again soon!

Thank you for your review! You are welcome back any time!
