Love being right on the beach. Beautiful quite beach walks and shelling in the morning, and watching amazing sunsets from the deck. We even caught the Green Flash one night. House is a great location, close to surprisingly excellent restaurants and a short drive to Downtown Venice and Venice Beach. We loved our peaceful stay here and will definitely be back.

The house sits in a perfect spot where you're close to Englewood but far enough away that it's quiet and a little secluded. You have the beach as your backyard and get awesome sunsets so basically, just right. Our host was quick with information and replies to a few questions we had and was always polite.

The views were amazing! This house is full of charm; exactly what a beach house should be! Our 3 teenage boys loved having their own space in the mother in law suite! Kitchen is well stocked to make your own food. We honestly were looking at our vacation schedule for next year would love to stay again! Mostly private beach - saw dolphins every day and a manatee once! Found hundreds of shark teeth and shells! Can't say enough good things! Host is easy to contact and check in was seamless! Thanks Andrew for an amazing vacation!

The property was perfect for us! Very unique architectural design and was equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked so we dined in twice. The houses are literally on the beach which was very convenient. Gorgeous views and we enjoyed sitting on the deck at night. The owner was very nice and helpful with my many questions. We would definitly stay here again.

If you are wanting a true beach front home, this is the place! Being Floridians that now live in N. Carolina, we needed some beach time. This house was the perfect solution! Right on the beach with no crowd. Quiet and and a perfect setting. We spent our 4 days playing in the water, finding plenty of sharks teeth and shells, and soaking up the sun. Each day was highlighted with a beautiful sunset to cap off the day. Plenty of beach items are already at the house waiting...a couple of beach chairs, masks, towels, and even a couple of fishing poles for those who want to give it a try! The house is a unique Florida beach home, and is very well kept and updated. Comfort was never an issue and a view that can't be beat! Whether it's walking out onto the beach or using the screened back porch for those weather days, the view alone makes this house a true treasure. You really couldn't ask for any more. For us, we have found our new get away location! This will now be our go-to for the beach. Do not pass up on this opportunity!!!

The house is in a spectacular location, right on the beach with a clear view to amazing sunsets. The house is a little run down - don’t expect a five star resort experience, but very comfortable in a five star location.

We really loved staying at this property. house was bigger than it appeared in the pictures, the host addressed any questions we had, and i'd stay there again without hesitation. we actually tried to extend our stay because we were enjoying ourselves so much.

The house has beautiful views. The second bedroom is separated from the main house, but it is great for giving privacy if vacationing with other adults. I would stay here again.

Location was AMAZING!! House was perfect for our group, felt like home:) the in law suite provided perfect privacy for us AND the other couple we were vacationing with. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. Management was A, responded to water leak in driveway before we even realized that there was one. Thanks for a great getaway!

My husband and I loved this house so much! The location was excellent, and the beach and views were absolutely amazing. We watched the sunset every night and saw dolphins and manatees almost every day.One of our favorite features was the deck surrounding the house. It was so nice to be able to sit outside anytime without dragging sand into the house. We also loved that we rarely had to turn on the air conditioning during the day. Opening all the doors allowed the beautiful gulf breeze to keep the house very comfortable, and hearing the sounds of the waves was incredibly relaxing.We have been renting houses on Manasota Key for over 30 years, and this was truly one of our favorites. We look forward to coming back!

The location of this house is amazing! I have never seen so many shells on a beach ever. The house is characterful comfortable and had everything we needed for cooking meals. The host responded very quickly to any question or concern. We had such a lovely time. We would stay here again.

We absolutely loved this unique house on the beach! Watch sunset, saw dolphins, found shark teeth, stargazing it was just perfect for my husband and I. Stunning beach views from the entire home. Well stocked full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable, soft sheets, lots of pillows. Cant wait to enjoy it again soon!

The house is beautiful! I have stayed in several rental houses in the area and I have to say that this house is the cleanest of all of them by far! It was immaculate! The view from the wrap around deck, and from the living room and bedroom was fantastic! Right on the beach. You can view the best sunsets ever. The kitchen is stocked with most what you need for preparing meals. The extra “guest room” was a very special touch. Added privacy. The decor is comfortable throughout. The area was hit by a hurricane a few years ago, and there is a lot of work being done on homes and yards up and down the key. Andrew was responsive with any issue I had.

My husband and I had the best time! The ocean is your front yard. Amazing views of the sunset and ocean. The house is very private, full deck and screened area. Great spot to watch sunsets and have dinner! the beach in front of the house is not busy and we found hundred of sharks teeth, saw shooting stars, and manatees. We will be staying again!
