About this property

Large Family Retreat Pool Hot Tub Game Room Sauna

Welcome to our home. There is a Game Room. 5 bedrooms. 2 and 1/2 bath. Two master BR with king beds. Two queen BR. One BR with double bunk beds and the trundle in each. Steam room and a Sauna.

Yard with a heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, swing, barbecue. Lots of space for an RV or a boat. Plenty of parking.

Game room has an air hockey table and a foosball table.

Pets are allowed. The whole property is gated off and there is a separate dog run area with an outdoor shower.



Pool heating fee is $160/night and must be reserved for the duration of the stay.

Pet Fee: First pet $45 per night per pet

The property has a recommended maximum of 16 guests, however the nightly rate includes 10 guests. For additional guests above 10 there is an additional fee of $35/night/guest. This is automatically calculated into the price during booking and reflected in the total cost if you put in the correct number of guests.

If your group is under 25 years of age we require a refundable $2,000 security deposit

Great for kids

The space accommodated our large family comfortably. The pool was great for kids and they spent almost their whole time in there! The host was fast to respond if we needed anything. Location was 7-15 minutes from downtown and other spots we liked to visit.

Amazing Trip

The house was very clean and spacious but, there were some small things that could be better quality. Over all the house was great and we will be back for sure!!!

This home is not in the condition the photographs show. We arrived about 8pm in the evening. The yard for the dogs was un-useable due to scorpion weed growing everywhere in the back yard which is very itchy and dogs are highly allergic to it. There is an old barn in the back, the door was partly open, but didn't seem secure, I didn't want my dogs to break the door or have it fall on them. The dog run was in horrible condition, all the lattice falling down into the run and again, un-useable for dogs. The yard had trash in it and the run had trash in it from previous tenants. There was white powder on the kitchen counters. All the walls and carpet in the house was visible very dirty. game room games dont work. Master shower smelled very strongly of chlorine. The house could be nice, it has potential for sure, but it is in need of some major maintence and TLC. We ended up leaving the house at 10pm that night and staying somewhere else. My dogs wouldn't settle, plus they had no where to use the bathroom as they could not safely go outside. There were pee stains on the bench in the master from other dogs - yellow stains on the white blanket. Bedding and towels all seemed old and worn. Overall - just not a great experience, however, the property manager did refund us the trip due to the conditions. I would just hate for someone else to come encounter the same situation.

Great stay

We loved the jacuzzi and pool. Owners were quick responsive with our questions l. everything we used worked great. We did wish some of the board games were complete and more games in the game room would have been great. We couldn’t get WiFi to reach the game room either. One the of the restroom the water pressure was low but we managed. There was some dog hairs in the bedroom and couch. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Grenneda for accommodating us in your home we hope to stay there again in the future.

Much needed repair, maintenance and upgrades needed.

I wrote a lengthy message to the owner regarding many items that need attention, including but not limited to the dishwasher not working, damaged refrigerator, hot tub, gas grill, gas fire pit in need of repair, guest bath shower not working. All 8 of us used the master bath shower since the guest bath shower trickled.The pics shown on VRBO appear to be outdated. I have not received a reply from the owner. Very disappointing!!

Enjoyable stay

Overall was a very enjoyable stay. The house was very clean and spacious. The weather did not cooperate for outdoor activities so most of our time was spent at the home. We love to cook. The kitchen is a bit limited in cooking and serving dishes. We went out and bought a salad bowl and a pitcher for breakfast juice. The dishwasher did not appear to be working. The owner was great with communication. We made them aware of a few items and they mentioned they would address them. We will definitely return, hopefully with better weather.

Property has a lot of potential, but had many incomplete renovations. Game room advertised but games were broken. Hot water only in 1 shower and no faucets. Master bath faucet leaked severely. Asked for partial reimbusrement due to these issues, host declibd. Dissappointed.severely. .
