Gorgeous chalet. Completely updated, wonderfully serene and extremely comfortable. Tons of outdoor space. Hot tub and fire pit. Beautiful views of slopes. Silent at night with high-end beds and bedding so you can rest and recharge. Perfect for spring and summer activities as well. 1 minute from Holiday Valley and the slopes, ropes and links. We have been renting vacation homes in Ellicottville for 10 years and recently acquired this property which is a new listing for us. We have over 60 five star reviews at our Ellicottville properties. Bachelorette Weekend

Aaron’s place was such a beautiful and comfortable stay for a dozen ladies to relax, unwind, cook, eat, and celebrate in! There was plenty of room for everyone to have a restful sleep and accommodating for the ladies to entertain, as well as relax at the fire and in the hot tub! Aaron checked in with us to see if we needed anything and made it very easy to check in and out. I highly recommend this beautiful home to family and friends to enjoy and make memories in!

Ski Trip

We Enjoyed staying at this property for several days while skiing at Holiday Valley. Exceptional location just minutes from slopes with amazing views of slopes of front deck and beautiful forest scene off the back deck. Kids enjoyed staying in basement and loved the hot tub in the back. Would highly recommend for other families.

The location was ideal, terrific views, close to the slopes but enough space and private for our group. The owner was very communicative and helped answer all our questions.

Long weekend family ski get away

We had a wonderful time with our three children for a long weekend to ski and enjoy the town! The property was as advertised online, very clean and comfortable for everyone. We had plenty of room for our family, but would also be great for 2 families given layout of house / bedrooms. This is the fifth year we have been coming to ski and this was the best property all around from location to amenities it offered. Aaron was a great host during the check in/out process and making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. He was very polite and responsive. We are looking forward to returning next year!
