SAN SALTALY is an Italian theme, spacious, recently renovated 3 bedroom, 1 bath apartment on the upper floor of a 100 + year old building located in SLC's historic Avenues district just 5 blocks from the city center. On a quiet, tree lined street it's a perfect central location to explore SLC.

The host/owner, Marlea has created a cozy and charming place sharing her Italian heritage and love for all things Italian.

Note that the apt is large, approx 1000 sq ft, but there is only one bathroom. Also there are 18 stairs to reach the apt.

Awesome Avenues apartment

Great apartment in a great location! Lot's of restaurants within walking distance. Marlea's place was perfect for our ski vacation week. Plenty of closet space and very nicely equipped kitchen.

This apartment was perfect for our needs. Walking distance to downtown and close to restaurants. The bedrooms are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked. Note: parking is on the street which can be hit or miss.

Charming and cozy

It’s a lovely property, comfy beds and many beautiful appointments. Fully appointed kitchen with more than you ever imagined you need. Then there Malea. The friendliest and most responsive landlady ever. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

Peaceful, clean, and perfectly stocked

I spent 3 nights here with my two daughters as we visited SLC for an academic event for my third daughter. Marlea's place had everything we needed, and more, was comfortable, clean, easy to get in and out of, and a great walking distance from easy coffee shops, some restaurants, and even just down the hill from a grocery store. We loved our stay and will return. Thank you!

Well prepared!

It was so nice to come to a home that had what we needed. Extra blankets, plenty of towels, the right pots and pans and bowls, as well as condiments in the cupboard and fridge. They even had snacks and an easy to prepare meal if needed. Check in was easy and seamless. Parking wasn’t a problem. The only thing I didn’t consider or realize was that the apartment was upstairs, which is something to be aware of if traveling with someone elderly. Quiet neighborhood, but close to any event or activity in the SLC area.
