This single-story home is minutes from downtown, campus, and the Big House! The home is tucked away off of the main street, making life in an unfamiliar area easy & convenient. The private space surrounding the home and fenced-in backyard add to its ambiance.

This single-family ranch-style home is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood just a short drive to all things Ann Arbor.

The home was recently updated with a simple and clean design in mind, featuring new vinyl flooring, paint, decorations, and kitchen appliances. The three upstairs bedrooms feature a king bed, a queen, and two twin beds which together can comfortably sleep six guests. Downstairs you will find two additional bedrooms, each with a queen, a small living space, and an additional full bath. In the upstairs living/dining area, you will find tons of natural light! Enjoy a cup of coffee out from on the porch at the coffee table. All the upstairs bedrooms are easily accessible for those who have problems getting around.

Additionally, guests are welcome to pass through the garage and enjoy the private backyard space featuring a BBQ grill, a firepit with lawn chairs, and a grass area for fun and games!

Please place all used dishes in the dishwasher but do not start it. Our housekeepers will do this upon arrival
Please place all trash in a trash bin, including any leftover food and drinks that you do not plan on taking with you. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
-Quiet hours: 11:00 PM EST to 5:00 AM EST You may continue to use the backyard after 11 PM EST, just not the front porch
-If you are traveling with a pet, I ask that you keep them off furniture and make sure their paws are clean before entering the home -pick up pet poop
-ZERO tolerance for the illegal use of drugs or alcohol -There will be a $100 fine if drugs or signs of smoking in the home are found

We had a great stay at this lovely home in Ann Arbor. Family of four and we needed a place to recoup as we had a loved one undergo major surgery at the hospital that week. Looks can be deceiving! With a finished basement, two bedrooms, a living room, and a full bathroom downstairs, this house can comfortably host up to eight guests. The backyard is fenced in, making it dog friendly, and a great spot for a tailgate with guests of the visit.
