BRAND NEW! This fabulous 6 bedroom for 16 Poipu kai is made up of 2 separate 3 bedroom Poipu kai villas just a few steps apart! Closest building to the pool and hot tub! In fact its right next to the pool and hot tub! 200 yards takes you to the 3 most popular beaches in Poipu in Brennecke's, Poipu, and Shipwreck Beaches. The same distance takes you to several wonderful restaurants and bars! One of the few places on the island that a car is not necessary! Bedding can slightly vary, so feel free to inquire! All are 2nd level with fabulous high ceilings! Bedding 2 Kings, 2 queens, 4 twins (Which can be converted to kings) and a queen sleeper.

Good overall

We had to shuffle sleeping arrangements because the listing didn’t match what we received, but otherwise the place was great. The property was fantastic and there were plenty of amenities for different activities.

Great location but this only accommodates 14 people not 16, luckily I had an infant in a pack and play. There was a king bed in each unit, each condo had a room with 2 twin beds, each condo had a loft that would sleep 2 people, and 1 condo had a pull out queen.I wish I had also known condo rules before arrival. If you desire air conditioning this is not the place to book. We all enjoyed being able to walk to beaches and location was great for driving to excursions, in between Napali coast tours and kayaking up to secret falls.Condos had beach towels and chairs, and 2 pots worth of coffee in each.

Very clean, fantastic location, nice pools, and great walking distance. Only downside is our units were not close and one unit didn’t have any AC.
