Beautifully modern house nestled in a tranquil Florida neighborhood just 5 minutes from Sarasota's quaint downtown. Close to the best local white sand beaches (6mi to Siesta, 5mi to Lido). Luxuriously designed and stylishly decorated, with a beautifully and fully equipped kitchen, and a dreamy, tropical backyard with a brand new hot tub, sun loungers, and outdoor dining. The perfect home away from home with thoughtful details to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.
As our guests you will have access to a truly fully equipped kitchen with everything you'll need to cook / grill a delicious meal in style. ALL the coffee supplies (including a brewed coffee maker, French Press & burr grinder). We also provide luxury citrus scented shampoos, as well as beach supplies (beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, beach cooler, few sand toys). There is a stocked laundry room on-site, and yard games (bocci & bags), perfect for the large front yard. ***Within walking distance from Arlington Community Center with their (paid daily pass) Aquatic Center (heated year round outdoor Olympic style SHARED lap pool and smaller kids’ pool!!!), reservable pickleball courts, FREE basketball & tennis courts, FREE shaded amazing outdoor playground!! And a beautiful 0.5 mile nature trail around a pond (perfect for a stroll or a jog)***
The beds are incredibly comfy, with Tuft & Needle mattresses and lightweight cozy bedding for any temp. 2 KING BEDS. All rooms have room darkening / blackout shutters, we also provide three DOHM white noise machines and small fans, so you can catch up on some zzzzs. Our upstairs KING and Bunk beds have newly installed Frame TVs for added comfort). The backyard only gets more cozy at night with warm ambiance of the bistro lights lighting up the tropical landscaping and our majestic Spanish oaks.

Why they chose this property
We LOVE Sarasota! David has been coming here since he was a kid, on family vacation and to visit relatives, I (Ester) pretty much fell in love with it the moment I laid my eyes on it, 20 years ago on our honeymoon! There's something about this quaint cozy SRQ downtown, the beaches are gorgeous! The area is kept up nicely and so much fun to visit, without being too snobby. Beauty, good food, amazing sand, palm trees. We love it! And, we hope you do too!

We have put lots of love and thought into equipping our ARLI HAUS in everything you will need to have a great time. If you appreciate beautiful design, midcentury modern boho aesthetic, you will love our vibes! We've tried to think of every detail! Down to ambient, dimmable lighting, colors, and small little comforts (like hooks behind all doors so you have a place to hang wet towels).
