At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the cleanliness and maintenance issues you experienced. The concerns you mentioned — including the condition of the linens, debris under the pullout sofa, loose furniture, non-functioning remote, and items left at the entrance — are not acceptable and do not reflect the standards we aim to uphold. First impressions absolutely matter, and we regret that yours fell short. We do appreciate your recognition of our team’s prompt response regarding the duvet cover, but we understand that this should not have been necessary in the first place. Your comments have been shared with both our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure more thorough inspections and routine upkeep moving forward. Thank you again for your honest feedback.
