We had an awesome weekend. The place was perfect for our needs and better than staying in a hotel. We would definitely stay again if we get back to the area.
The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. The location was convenient to everything we’d planned for the weekend. The neighborhood was quiet & I enjoyed our stay!
What a great place to stay in Staunton! Cozy and super clean, with everything you need for your stay. Close to town, trails, and grocery stores. Excellent communication with host. If we are ever back in this area, we will stay here again.

Thanks so much for staying with us... we are so happy you loved it!
My son and I stayed the weekend for a MBU visit. Property was a 5 minute drive to MBU, very convenient. Property was as described and very clean. I would rebook for future MBU visits.

Thank you so much for coming and so happy you enjoyed yourselves!
This is an older twin style home with a bit of quirkiness but it was mostly fine for our stay. The door lock was a bit touchy but worked fine once you got used to it.The neighborhood seemed quite safe. The stairs leading down to the basement (where the W/D is located) was NOT safe as the top railing support was broken. That was a problem because having a washer/dryer was one of the reasons I chose this property. I did not try to venture down. Very unstable and needs to be repaired. Bedrooms did not have much storage (no dressers) so it was lucky that we could use the 2nd bedroom for our suitcases. Closet door in one bedroom did not open fully due to a/c unit. There are always challenges when trying to update an older home and having a/c is a definite bonus. Kitchen is very compact and top shelves are too high to be of any use. Looks like there is no recycling here?? Everything was super clean & decor was nicely done.

When my cleaner went to the home after your stay, they let me know the railing was broke and it was fixed right away (out of respect for future Hosts who care, you might reach out to the host, so that they can address, as I did not see nor know about it and it was handled immediately). Never had any of the other complaints you shared, but understand everyone has their own taste, maybe a more expensive stay would suit more? We try to offer this very clean, cared for, attractive place at an affordable price!
This place was so quaint and cozy. It had every amenity that you would need. The beds were very comfortable. It was very convenient to downtown and everything else.
We loved our stay in Staunton. Quiet neighborhood and perfect for us. 4.5 miles from my son and family. Lovely little place and the park nearby was so sweet. Comfortable stay and great rest. Loved this place.
