This is a perfect place to stay while visiting Sandpoint, you can walk to City Beach and all of the restaurants and shops all in 5-10 minutes. It is super cute and has everything you need for your vacation!
Great stay in Sandpoint! Love the location to downtown and the amenities are fabulous. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if we traveled back to Sandpoint.
We enjoyed this great little property with a short walk to restaurants, shopping and bars. Perfect for our family of 4 and our dog. Small fenced in yard, quiet location. Great for a weekend get away.
The cute well outfitted home is located within walking distance to everything downtown Sandpoint has to offer. The home is spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. We would 100% book again!
Cottage was just right for a couples getaway. Had everything we needed, loved sitting on front porch and watching the world roll by. Bathtub caulking and water pressure could use some attention.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but it could have been better. This is an excellent location for proximity to downtown Sandpoint and City Beach. The house was built in 1915 (per the guest book provided by the owner).
Many updates have been done and some are still needed.
The following is given as suggestions to the owner:
*Complete cleaning-walls and doors need cleaned and
some areas need touch-up painting (example: under
fireplace, bathroom door.
*Full-curtain shower-the curtain does not surround the
tub - the end of the tub closest to the sink is open -
makes for an exposed and cold experience.
*TV - not all of us are experienced streamers - had to call
owner to understand how to operate the TV. Provide
better instructions on how to operate.
*Fireplace-is controlled by a Nest thermostat-didn't work.
Another call to owner who had his maintenance partner
come over to flip a switch to allow the fireplace to
operate.
*Front steps - broken blocks are a trip hazard.
With attention to these areas and a more thorough guest guide, the property has great potential.
