The area is full of families and young professionals. It’s very safe and enjoyable for walking.

You will not need a vehicle in this neighborhood, but we do have ample parking if you bring one. :)

Security Deposit Policy:

-A $500 security deposit is required for your stay. This amount is temporarily held and will be fully refunded within 7 working days after checkout, provided there are no damages, issues, or house rule violations.

-Please note that access to the property will only be granted after the deposit has been submitted, so we kindly ask that this step be completed before arrival to avoid any inconvenience.

House Rules:

-Guest agrees to include all guests and pets staying overnight IN their reservation. Additional guests are charged a fee per night, and there is a $120 per unexpected pet fee for specialized cleanings.

-Guest agrees not to smoke on the property (including balconies and patios). If we find evidence of smoking, there will be a fine of $750 to recoup the cost of special cleaning and future cancellations.

-Guest agrees to no shoes to be worn throughout the home and to return all keys, passes, and openers to where they found it in the property. Failure to do so will result in a $95 fine.

-Guest agrees to have no mail sent to the home (UPS, FedEx, Amazon deliveries are permitted) and won't expect us to retrieve or return any lost packages or forgotten items.

-Guest agrees not to throw a party on the property. If evidence of a large gathering is found, there is a fine of up to $3000 and we reserve the right to terminate your reservation with no refund.

-Guest agrees to allow our maintenance and cleaning staff to enter the property during their stay to fix anything. We will try to give ample notice ahead of their arrival so they will be out of your way.
