Two bedrooms with comfy queen beds and full bathrooms attached to each. Nice sitting areas in front and in back to relax on. Close to shopping, dining, I-24 and Tennova. Minutes to Beachaven Winery, 5 minutes to the mall, 20 minutes to downtown Clarksville and 50 minutes to Nashville!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Take all trash out. Please load ALL towels AND sheets and turn on the washing machine. We will take care of the comforter.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No smoking indoors. There will be a $200 fee for any evidence of smoking indoors or smoke smell.

No pets of any kind. There will be a $500 fee for any evidence of pets on the property and the reservation will immediately be cancelled.

Beautiful & cozy! Close to shopping & restaurants made it very convenient. Beds were comfortable as was the couch. Easy check-in, check out process. Host very friendly. Was able to wind down & really relax at night after a busy day which made the trip extra special. Will be back when visiting Clarksville & will recommend to friends/family as well.
