Our stay was excellent. The host made sure we knew cell service may be spotty & let us know to screenshot the instructions. Thank goodness for that! Everything was wonderful. The layout was perfect for our family. The host was prompt in answering any questions we had. I couldn’t have asked for a better weekend.

Owner is amazing and made the entire trip easy and the check-in/out process simple and smooth. Communication was wonderful throughout our stay, and owner provided many tips for local places to visit and things to do. The property itself was spectacular. Very well maintained with all the necessary amenities. I totally recommend the property, the owner, and the location.

The host was quick to respond and very helpful! Even sent us Floridians a video on how to start the fireplace! (Something we don’t have in Florida) Quiet area outside the hustle and bustle, but with still a short and easy drive into Helen. Looking forward to another stay!

Elena was the best host. Handled a minor question very quickly. She is so nice. A pleasure to stay at the German Chalet. One tip.. washer and dryer are downstairs, so if u can’t handle stairs just note this .

Cool Cabin!

The family and I had a great time staying at this beautiful cabin in Sautee Nacoochee. Being located between Cleveland and Helen was great. We spent one day in Cleveland and one day in Helen, but before making these trips we stopped by the Coffee Shop and Old General Store in Sautee Nacoochee. The property was as described. At the cabin, we enjoyed watching TV, sitting in the rocking chairs on the back porch, and sitting around the gas fire pit. We debated grilling, but chose to eat out all 3 nights instead. A great place and a great experience.
