You won't want to leave! House is recently renovated and is around 3500 sq feet. Every bit is made with the highest quality materials and wrapped in love. Stainless steel black bottom pool and hot tub, custom designed and built. Hand beat stone fireplace and fire pit. Plenty of room ,very private and centrally located. Walk to restaurants, bars and ice cream.
This space is all about spending time with family and friends.

Pool and Hot tub open April 1st and Close Oct 31st- Pool is 87 degrees and hot tub 104-105

12of us all over 35 go to a college football game for 3 nights every year in US. House was fantastic We have rented houses for guys this is hands down the best owner we have ever dealt with in all the years. AMAZING ! After the game all the guys said we should have stayed at the house in the out door area. Best rating we have ever given for our football trips. Thank you

Great group stay!

Loved this property for a bridal event. Plenty of room for 14 people plus our dog. Relaxing lounging by the pool and had lots of supplies for cooking.

Amazing house

The house was even more incredible than what was described online. The owner was so friendly and gave us the backstory of the house, which made it that much more special during our stay we celebrated our mini honeymoon there and absolutely will be returning.

Ohio State Thanksgiving Weekend

The house was terrific, well-stocked, extremely clean, had great space for 10 of us! The bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas are all updated, well-appointed, and there is plenty of everything. The host was available, responsive, and helpful when issues arose. If our son was not a senior and graduating, I would definitely stay at this home again. The backyard is unreal with pool, hot tub, fire pit, grill, etc. which would be amazing in good weather.

Wedding Weekend

We used this space to host our rehearsal dinner and for the bridal party to get ready in the morning and we can’t recommend enough!! Peter was very attentive and came over to show us how to use everything the property has to offer. The backyard is stunning and was used for our first look and bridal party photos. A true hidden gem of Clintonville!

Clintonville Paradise

The property is a dream come true with all amenities included and it exceeded all expectations. Peter is a spectacular host and the house fully equipped and luxurious: sheets, towels, kitchen appliances, steam shower, pool, jacuzzi, TVs, outdoor fire pits, basement gym, gardens and a backyard of all time. It’s gunna be hard to top this this experience when visiting Ohio… you will not be disappointed in this gem!

Graduation Celebration!

We had a wonderful time at this amazing home. Peter the owner was very attentive. The outdoor spaces were amazing- like a hidden paradise. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and fire pit area. My whole family was very comfortable inside the home- we had a great time watching movies in the living room on the big couch and doing puzzles at the dining table. The beds were super comfy! Plenty of space for all us! The kitchen was well stocked. BONUS- the amazing artwork and well designed spaces.

Country in the city

This home is amazing! It exceeded all of our expectations (7 adults 2 children)! The home has a central location with easy on and off interstate access. Yet because of the quiet neighborhood and oversized lot it feels very country. The home is well furnished and well stocked. Cozy yet with plenty of space !We lacked for nothing. I can’t say enough about the great communication with Peter. He made our stay seamless. We all look forward to a return trip this spring.

Family Christmas

Beautiful house, well set up, very roomy, perfect location. Host met us at house and showed some features which was very helpful. My family raved about how comfortable and well maintained the house was. They loved the backyard amenities and that even with 14 -16 adults and a dog staying, they never felt cramped. The steam shower in the master bedroom was a huge hit as was the butlers pantry, the gas fireplace in the backyard and the well laid out common areas. Definitely recommend this house and host.

Incredible house and property

We stayed here for my daughter's wedding weekend(Thursday - Sunday) It was the perfect place for the girls to get ready and take first pics. We also went to the Park of Roses (very close by) for more pics. The day after we had extended families come for a cookout and swim in the pool. There were so many comments about the unbelievable accommodations. My only regret is that we didn't add an extra day to the start of the long weekend. Our host could not be more welcoming. You will not be sorry if you stay at this magical home.

Great family spot

Our extended family group had a great time! With our group ranging in age from 0-70, the house was perfect for a relaxing long weekend. We spent most of our time in the gorgeous outdoor area. Kids (and adults) loved the pool and hot tub, and it was especially nice that the pool was heated. The covered outdoor sitting area, grill and multiple fireplaces were great. The large kitchen was the most well-stocked of any rental we’ve had. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Appreciated having not only linens and bath towels, but also swimming towels provided. Peter was very responsive and made sure we had whatever we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Why they chose this property

I've had a love for this property since 1997 when I was lucky enough to find it. Big backyard and a nice front porch. I raised my kids in this house and everything I've done was with family in mind. I hope your family builds memories from your stay that last generations. There is a whole lotta fun to be had at the Glenmont Inn

What makes this property unique

Property is designed for entertaining and flow. Destination spaces - you see a bit of a space and it draws you to that space. From that space you see a bit of another and so on. There are several spaces to gather which keeps the house and the backyard fresh and moving. 2 stair cases to upstairs which creates great flow as well as 2 stair cases that lead to the gym and lower space. everything is custom and designed to feel timeless and visually/physically tactile.
