The studio is located above the garage of our main house (no shared walls). A separate entrance leads to your own private deck - great for morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. A well equipped kitchen offers a refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher, coffee maker and more. New queen size Tempur-Pedic mattress made up with organic sheets and duvet cover. Spacious shower in the bathroom with organic towel sets. The studio has Roku TV, Wi-Fi and a Bose bluetooth speaker. Blueair air purifier upon request. Plenty of off street parking.

Located in the desirable Strawberry neighborhood, between Tiburon and downtown Mill Valley. Walk to shopping & restaurants (Strawberry Village & The Cove Shopping Center), bay front walking & bike path (Harbor Cove Park) and public transportation. Explore all the Bay Area has to offer - easy drive to Muir Woods, Mount Tamalpais, Stinson Beach, Golden Gate Bridge & San Francisco. 4 miles to Tiburon, Larkspur or Sausalito Ferries.
