Elegant Spacious Country Retreat.
Comfort and relaxation in this spacious home on over an acre of yard. The main house has 7 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and modern laundry room. Open floor plan and vaulted ceilings.Huge gourmet kitchen and 2 living rooms. Giant yard include, fabulous outdoor living areas including fire pit,fireplace, gazebo, fire table,BBQ grill, full size fridge, horseshoe pits, volleyball area,corn hole, and room for many other games. Additional Space:
This property also includes a studio suite. [ bedroom 8 ] The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Amenities include a queen bed, double foldout sofa, full kitchen, bistro dinning area, large full bath,TV, internet, coffee station, radiant heat, and AC. Last but not least, is the original Log Cabin. [ Bedroom 9 ] The cabin has been gently restored with power for lights and outlets. Portable heat/AC and fans are supplied for your comfort. The cabin includes 2 bunk style beds, each with a twin and a double bed. Perfect for a little taste of days gone by, with a little extra comfort. There is a full bathroom with large shower, directly under the apartment for those who wish to experience the log cabin.
Please Note: The property has 16 beds. Sleeping arrangements are obviously decided by guests. The house also includes 4 toddler mattresses, for guests with small children. 2 Y. O. and under stay free.
Additional Guests and RV's :
Campers and tents are welcome in designated areas upon pre approval and fees if your party is slightly bigger than 32 guests. Anything over 40 guests will be considered an event and subject to an event fee. Additional guest fees are charged after 26 guests. $20 per person, per night.
There are 4 security cameras outside. They cover the front door, the south patio door/back yard, the apartment door and the west sliding door. The cameras are there for your safety and the protection of our property. There are NO cameras or recording devices in the house.

Also, because the house is in the country, a stray cat may wander onto the property occasionally. Please do not feed it since it does not belong to us. We hope you will appreciate the cabin. It is over a hundred years old and original to the area when it was settled. It is the common size of a cabin for an entire family to live in.

We stayed at this beautiful house. Such an amazing property and view of the mountains. Loved all the space. Had a great time together. Kitchen was great with pots and pans and all you would need on your stay away. The host were very helpful and we had a great time here.

Beautiful property

This is the second time we have rented this home. Our favorite thing about it is the the yard and the large kitchen. We had a group of 27. We rented the cabin and the apartment to accommodate our group. There is plenty when it comes to ammenities and feels so much like a home instead of a rental. We love being out and away from everyone , but close enough to run to town for a need or to eat. This is a great place for families with children. Hosts were wonderful and always in contact.

Trip to Idaho

A beautiful home away from home for a family wedding. There were 23 of us who stayed here. We rented the studio apartment also. Communication was prompt and so helpful. We had everything we needed and if we needed something on a whim, there was a grocery store 12 minutes away.. The beds were double beds but they needed to be because of the size of the rooms. It was fun! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Nice place for a family reunion

We had 28 people. 5 adult couples and kids ranging form 21 to 2 years old. The kids really enjoyed the space both inside and outside. the Kitchen was great for feeding a large group, and it was well stocked. The listing is a little misleading on how many bedrooms are available. There is a full sized bed in the attic where the stairs end in the room and you have to pass through it to get to the room with the kids beds, so it wasn't suitable for adults. Everything else was great

My family loved this place!! The yard is fabulous and we spend most of our time lounging in the gazebos and playing everything from kickball to football to spikeball. The kitchen is large and great for cooking for a large party. House is stocked with what you need, down to the marshmallow sticks. Very country area, you have one neighbor. Beautiful area. Host was great with communication and very helpful. The one and only con is the size of beds. Several bedrooms with only a full bed in them. At least a queen would improve sleeping arrangements for adults significantly!! We enjoyed our time here!

Beautiful, amazing property!

First of all the customer service from the owner and her assistant was above and beyond. So kind and swift to respond. The home was comfortable and big with lots of rooms. The kids were thrilled with the little loft area and all the little cousins slept up there. The older cousins slept in the cabin outside which was a fun experience. The covered patio is so fun and relaxing and there is a kids playground as well. The grounds are exquisite. My only regret is that i didn't have time to just go out and sit and look at the beautiful mountains surrounding the property. We had a family of 30 and it was roomy and confortable for all. Highly recommend!

Family reunion dream

Gorgeous property, well stocked, and excellent communication with the owners.We have a large family and this was a perfect spot for our family reunion. Lots of great lawn area for games and sports. Plenty of bedrooms. Everyone had a place to sleep, that isnt always easy to find. The teenagers loved having the bunkhouse to themselves.The kitchen is so well stocked. We honeslty didnt need to bring anything at all. It is also really big and easy to make large family meals without tripping over each other. It was so nice to have two refrigerators. We happened to have an issue with the air conditioner while we were there and the owners were immediately responsive to my communication and came to make repairs. They worked very hard to make things right for us. I was very grateful for their generosity and quick reaponses.

Beautiful and private

This was the perfect location for a family reunion. There were 30 of us, and we rented both the cabin and apartment in addition to the house. It was the perfect size. Without the cabin and apartment it would've been tight. To clarify a couple of things - the cabin just has bunk beds and no cooling. It was great for the teenagers to sleep out there. The apartment is a full studio apartment and worked well for the grandparents. The room with the toddler beds is a great playroom and only accessible by a tiny door. The kids loved it. By far the highlight for us was the yard. There's a playground, firepit, horseshoes, plenty of seating, a huge grassy area... It definitely made the time there lots of fun for everyone. The kitchen was fully furnished and had everything we needed. Also, there's a small park within walking distance that has the cutest mom and pop candy store on it. That was a fun outting for everyone.

After Christmas family reunion

This place was very spacious. It had ample sleeping space and a very large gathering area. The kitchen was spacious. The teenagers enjoyed the cabin. They had ample bedding. We didn't utilize the outdoors much because it was so cold. We decided it might be fun to come back in the summer or spring. The heated floors were a plus. The little cubby holes were thrilling to the little ones. Lots of storage available. It may have been nice to have some ice melt for the outside steps. The snow shovel was handy to clear the sidewalks and driveway. There was plenty of parking. We had 8 vehicles. We needed to double up on the chairs at the table, but they were big enough to do that. We had a very enjoyable time. We would recommend it to large groups. The hosts were very nice. Thank you and we would like to come stay again sometime.
