The apartment was very clean and roomy, with coffee for the coffee pot, mini-splits for personal comfort, comfy couch and bed and a full service kitchen And a second floor balcony overlooking Main Street. Easy access from anywhere in the county and right by the Tennessee River. I would definitely stay here again.

Apartment was very nice and clean. Perfect location and they even have little extra just incase you forgot something. I thought that was a great touch. Would rent again.

This apartment was absolutely wonderful. It had everything you may need. Upon arrival we had an Anniversary card waiting for us as well as gift card to the coffee shop down below Thanks to the Owners! The coffee shop was also amazing loved getting our coffee each morning we stayed. We would definitely stay here again.

It is a quiet little town. The apartment was clean and the host very responsive. If you like to eat out, your choices are limited, but I can recommend the local marina. When I return to the area, I'll always look to see if this property is available.

I enjoyed my Lil Mayberry

Mr. Jerry was a very nice host and very easy to communicate with. He was very flexible with my stay. And I truly appreciated it. Clifton is the place where our family originated from. Both my Great-grandmother & Grandmother were born & reared here. So it was especially great for me to visit the area. I will definitely consider staying here again.

Cozy Apartment in a Quaint Little Town

Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Jerry is the most thoughtful, gracious host. The little extras were a true taste of southern hospitality; from the popcorn to enjoy with a selection of DVDs, cookies and candy to satisfy your sweet tooth, coffee to savor on the balcony, to the basket of essential toiletry items just incase there was something you forgot. The apartment is equipped with everything you need including Wi-Fi. Parking is conveniently located in the public parking area at the rear of the building. The location is incredible right on the Main St. of Clifton and only a block away from the Tennessee River. Jerry had excellent restaurant and sightseeing recommendations and was of great help. He went above and beyond to make my stay feel like home.
