This location is a little off the beaten path of housing communities where we very liked. Some industrial places immediate area but groceries and Walmart not that far away. The close interstate access a major plus.
This was the best VRBO rental. The house was exactly as listed and very clean! Connie was so kind and detailed, leaving notes with information and instructions for things like the heat, etc. Everything we needed and more, Connie had in the home. We definitely recommend staying here and if we ever come back North, we would stay here again!
Clean, spacious, well equipped inside and out, and near everything. And the outside patio and grounds were absolutely gorgeous. The owners, Connie and Andy are the best. We would Definitely stay here again!
We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! It was the perfect place to meet up with family that live nearby. The place was spotless and has absolutely everything you could ever need! I’d be happy to stay here again!
This property was exceptionally well-equipped, featuring many thoughtful amenities that went above and beyond our expectations. Our group loved the stay, and we would definitely return if we are ever in the area again.
The property is spacious, very well equipped, attractive, and many details have been thought about. Communications with the hosts were easy, and any issues were addressed immediately. The property is well situated for Philadelphia and exploring New Jersey, with good amenities nearby. Highly recommended.
Property was nestled away from the busy streets and had a beautiful outside oasis. Only wish the weather was more cooperative! Hosts were fantastic in their communication and provided all the info and amenities we needed. Perfect spot for the 7 of us.
The family and I loved this place! The home is spacious and the common areas are large for families to gather. The 2 main bathrooms and kitchen are full renovated. But the big ticket item is the property itself, the outdoor area is meticulously maintained and beautiful! Plus the owners are super friendly! Highly recommend staying here, we had a great time with the family.
Connie and Andy were the most gracious hosts we’ve ever had while staying at a home rental. Their home was very lovely and very accommodating for our family of 8. Every room had a special touch added to it and the backyard was so peaceful and beautiful with the trees and the koi fish pond. The location was perfect and so close to our family that we were visiting for a wedding. If we could we would rate it 10 stars. I’m so happy I found this VRBO and look forward to coming back sometime.
My husband and I adored the home, landscape and the gracious hospitality of the hosts Connie and Andy. The home is well stocked for guest with coffee and tea provided. Connie baked a special treat of blueberry coffee cake!! The king size bed was most comfortable. A cold evening was a success with a pizza delivery and a complimentary fire log in the family room wood stove. Sunday snow found Andy scraping the sidewalk and applying salt for our safety. Highly recommended!
Conveniently located property that allowed relaxation between swim meets. Plenty of space and very quiet. Close to our venue at GCIT. The property was spotless and the host supplied so many amenities. All the comforts of home.
My friends and I rented this house as our base of operations for PAX Unplugged gaming convention. Everyone was impressed with the property. We all had a comfortable stay. The owner was very responsive to our needs. I would rent again next year if available.
We enjoyed the property's unique set-up and extra provisions. It was a laid-back weekend for us to catch up on life happenings. Your online pictures do not capture your property's total inside and outside beauty. It's an excellent place to stay!

Thank you. We hope you keep us in mind if you have another weekend get together.
The house was a perfect place for us to stay for a 4th of July family reunion. The owner was so kind and accommodating knowing we had a 1 year old and two young kids in tow. She had a high chair available, baby gates, and a variety of toys to keep them busy. The home is beautiful, comfortable, relaxing, and spacious. And the squash and zucchini bread were delicious! Thank you so much Connie and Andy for a wonderful trip!
We had a great stay at Connie’s house. She had every thing that one needs in the house. It’s beautiful and very comfortable. The backyard was amazing with a fish pond. She was also very hospitable to us. She left lots of snacks and drinks. We enjoyed the trip.

Thank you very much Maria. If you are ever back in the area again, we would be happy to host again!
This place, we couldn't of asked for more. Good location, beautiful grounds, cozy but spacious home with every essential available and then some. Very clean just like our own homes.
It is in a commerce park but within 5 min to pretty much anything you need. King bed is a memory foam and firm. The other beds were spring style and little firm too.
Otherwise all was great and would definitely stay here again!
Thank you for our welcoming stay. As a busy mom, it felt like home AND I wasn’t cleaning all day like I normally do at my home! I pride myself on packing everything my family needs, but this property literally has EVERYTHING, so not to worry.
I felt safe knowing that the owners were close, if we needed anything. My son enjoyed playing basketball and I believe the koi fish even got into one of his TikTok’s, lol!!
Book early because it is a well-loved and often-reserved location for many travelers.
Thank you!!!
I am a wife, mother, grandmother and retired nurse who enjoys travel and gathering with family and friends. We spend time watching our 3 teenage grandchildren play sports and we love to cook.
Why they chose this property
We raised our children in this home and put on several additions over the years. In 2013 we built an in- law suite addition for us which is attached to this rental space but is completely private. Our son's family lived in the home's original side until 2019 when their plans changed to move and start a doggy day care nearby. So, we began short term rentals and enjoy having wonderful families stay in the larger original area of the home with a deck, patio, grill area, rustic barn roof overhang with firepit, water garden with koi fish and basketball area.
What makes this property unique
My husband is a retired landscape designer/architect, so he takes care of the koi pond and fenced in area for guests to enjoy. He provides fish food in the warmer weather with instructions for feeding fish if desired. We are nearby for guest needs yet we give our guests their privacy unless contacted.
