Connie was extremely helpful and communicative from the time we booked through the end of our stay. Since I had to book this for other family coming for my son's wedding, the booking had to be changed a few times, but Connie was super to work with and made it easy to do. We made great memories at both properties and will keep it in mind for future travels to the area or for other family to consider.

Our family comes down annually for the Mesa State College Crab Fest. Generally we stay in hotel rooms. With the price of hotel rooms and finding one with a lot of available rooms for our big group it is a challenge sometimes. This year we came across the rental home, it was the perfect size for our family combined total of 15. We rented the large and smaller home. It is a beautiful place to stay and was even walking distance to our event.

We absolutely LOVED this house. Great old home with awesome AC. We were riding through on motorycles headed home after riding the million dollar highway and independance pass. This homme was perfect for us to relax after a long day. Nice and cool, grocery store was close for dinner and the rooms were excellent. My bed downstaris was one of the most comfortable beds that I've slept in, we didnt want to leave.

Beautiful homes with plenty of room!

Our group of 10 enjoyed our stay very much. We had plenty of space to hang out around the large dining table, and kitchen visiting and eating. The location was perfect, and in a beautiful neighborhood.

Two cute cottages in town

This place was perfect for our family of 11. Tons of amentites and space, and an easy walk to restaurants downtown. It had ample parking and a great spot out front to sit, drink coffee, and enjoy the birds and sun each morning.

Wonderful property in a great location for our multi-family group. There were 6 adults and 3 teenage children with more than enough room for all. Very clean, well equipped property! Lovely decor, cozy and comfy. Would recommend to anyone and absolutely stay here again! Hassle free check in and out and great communication with Connie, thank you so much!

Grand Junction Gem!!!

We have traveled all across the country and stayed at many vacation homes. Tom and Connie have one of the best ones we have been at and they are such great owners. The place was perfect for our families and we loved every minute of it. We will definitely book it again the next time we are in GJ.

Absolutely perfect

Wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Connie was a great host who was helpful and responsive. The kitchen is well stocked and the included extra touches were a nice surprise. Air conditioned rental homes were hard to find in GJ and this home stayed very cool during the 100+ degree days. Would absolutely recommend!!
