Great being able to check in early! A sofa large enough for 2 to watch a movie, blackout drapes, bath fans on their own switch and a cutting board are a few of the essential overlooked items that would generate 5 stars. But comfy beds with nice sheets were appreciated.

Perfect in every way!

Perfect location, perfect amenities, perfect communication with our host. We had issues arise (not with the property) that required communication with our host and she was super quick to respond. The property was absolutely as advertised (unlike some we have stayed at). And of course the proximity to Old Town was great!

Everything As Described

Very nice property situated close to Scottsdale Fashion Mall. Good location for getting around the area and everything was well maintained and clean. Communication with the host was fast and efficient. Only con, which was manageable, is that the upstairs neighbors were constantly incredibly loud during the waking hours but at least were quiet at night.

Katie communicated clearly and in a timely way. The unit was exactly as pictured and in an ideal location for our purposes. Between the trolly to the Spring Training stadium for the Giants and the ability to get out of the heat in the nearby mall, everything was smooth. We appreciated the single page of rules and reminders. It was simple and did not impinge on our final day as some VRBO hosts do. The one problem with the accommodations is that the king bed in the master suite is no longer in good condition. My husband laid down and it sagged so much he could feel the springs. Eventually, he slept across the bed to find a bit of support.
