Great location, corner balcony was a great view. Would definitely stay here again. Have stayed in different Panama City Beach condos multiple times, this was definitely the best. Highly recommend.

Loved staying at this condo! Very roomy and comfortable! Definitely would stay again. Could use some updating but other than that the condo was very clean, and roomy! As far as Watercrest the one and ONLY downfall was the elevators. One was down so a bit slow getting up and down. Was not huge deal would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone! Thanks for s great vacation. Will definitely be back.

The beds were comfortable, the terrace was amazing, beach service was a real plus, the couch was great!! There was plenty of room on the beach for everyone. The security person was awesome!!The pool was very nice. The only thing I’d have liked is an ice make.

We loved the large balcony. It was so nice to have the chairs and umbrella included for the week. The beachfront condo is in a quieter area of PCB.

Beautiful View

We had a great time. The unit could use some serious updating but it was nice. The bed was comfortable and the views were spectacular.

Family getaway

We had a great time exploring the area,lots of great places to eat. You'll need to bring your own beach items, chairs etc. The condo had the basics to get you started. The couch is nice and allowed us to all sit together. The beds were very comfortable.

The unit needs a total makeover. The wood trim outside the front door is rotted out, the wall outside the kitchen had old pictures hangers and nothing hanging, the kitchen is super dated, grease streaks below the vent hood, a towel was shoved between the dishwasher and cabinet to close the gap, the back splash behind the sink is yellow and dirty, the unit needs a full repaint, the bath tubs are old, black growth under the overflow drain and rusted out drain stops, the wood veneer is peeling off of the furniture, the shag rug is way out dated, the patio furniture is bent and wobbly, the light for microwave controller is not working, the vent hood light would turn off and on by itself, and the pictures off the unit did not truly represent what the unit looked like. Very disappointed.

Cleanliness

From a far it looked good. Once in started noticing that it was probably straightened up after last guess and maybe not so much cleaned. The vent hood was very greasy and not from just a one time thing. It hadn’t been cleaned I awhile. There was pizza crust left on the couch behind a pillow. Dust on surfaces and in the kitchen, the cabinets drawers had what looked like saw dust and food built up

Great place for my family. Time here the beach was full of algae and seaweed but we made best of it. Which was just part of Mother Nature.The condo was great and comfortable.
