Amazing property. Beautiful location. Tons of fun at the house. Great for a big group. Very nice hosts and easy to work with. We are planning to book again.
This place was amazing. The scenery was beautiful and surrounded with wildlife. Really no reason to leave the cabin. The cabin is inside a quiet gated community which was nice. Ian and Sarah responded quickly with any questions we had. Definitely the best cabin we have stayed in. This will be our go to Georgia cabin for sure.
The house was beautiful and clean. If you're looking for a mountain retreat with scenic views and abundant wildlife this is definitely the place! I would just say watch the weather! We lost a day due to the rain. We would definitely stay again!
My two son-in-laws, four grandsons and I recently had the opportunity to have a “Guys Weekend”. Following our first excursion of a half day fishing outing on nearby Carter’s Lake, we returned to Riverstone Lodge where we had lunch and each person chose how to spend their afternoon. A few from this party of seven decided to enjoy some quality time relaxing on the lower deck’s hot tub while some challenged each other to a few games of pool. Afterwards the younger- to mid-age grands made trips to the outside river deck finding themselves becoming content with the sounds and views of nature. The house’s main deck provided the two SILs and myself a place to converse and enjoy a few beverages without interruption. On one occasion I found myself alone and being the patron of the group, I sought to enjoy my own personal “peace and quiet time” by taking a nap on the deck’s most inviting swinging bed. The weekend went fast but we enjoyed it all and spent quality family time in an outstanding lodge where the accommodations met our every need; so much so that I have been informed that our group wants to stay here again - next time we might even ask the girls to come with us. .
We had a great time in a beautiful setting at this property. The house is great. The kitchen is well equipped. The river is absolutely beautiful. The rec center is shockingly far away but also really nice and fun. You will love this place.
We stayed here for a full week, this is such an amazing property with direct river access! We were a large group and had plenty of space to spread out. I spoke with Ian the owner of the property on our way up with great tips for our stay, you can tell he truly hopes you enjoy his property and wants you to have a great time! I highly recommend staying and will definitely choose this property again!
The owners /hosts are so friendly and open to working with us. The place is perfect for a group. Tons to do even in the winter. This is our second time back and we will definitely come again.
This property was beyond beautiful. It had 3 floors that accommodated my family of 16. We had the pleasure of going tubing, create a bonfire and enjoyed the sounds of the river and geese. We plan on returning in the near future.
