Our stay was very nice and beautiful view. The host checked on us through out our stay. Location is great. Very quiet and relaxing. The unit was very nice and clean. Only thing I saw was whoever cleaned must have forgotten to check under the beds. There was a piece of clothing left from someone before us. Thanks

Lovely condo

View was spectacular..needed new coffee pot was very slow..found ice maker pieces in ice maker..mattress on couch very uncomfortable..need to upgrade if u say u can sleep 6!!..otherwise everything very good.. thanks for everything..

Terrific location

While the decor is a bit dated, you cannot beat the location. The property is beautiful, secure and easy to get to. The condo is adequately furnished with dishes, utensils, etc. There are no groceries - spices, oils , etc like most rentals. Not even coffee filters. That was the only negative. The pool was great, it only takes a few minutes to get to Binge Beach or Sanibel and shopping is close by. We would definitely stay again.

This property needs some updating

Bed in master bedroom was horrible - one side totally broken down. Blankets are ancient. Appliances are dated and the blender was actually cruddy and unusable. Property location is excellent.

80’s flash back :)

With the exception of the door flying open and being tough to close because of the high winds, the property was as pictured. The view was beautiful and the pool & beach area were clean and enjoyable. It was a quiet location without a lot of people which was exactly what we were looking for. We spoke with a couple of owners while there and they all told us we got a great deal with the rate. We had issues with the coffee pot and tv but both issues were resolved promptly. The furnishings are outdated but that’s not what we were there for. Would definitely go back again.

This is beautiful quite properly. The private beach was nice and it’s a short drive to everything in Fort Meyers or Sanibel/Captiva. We loved waking up in the morning and looking over the bay. The sunsets were spectacular. We will rent there again due to the privacy.
