Premier mountain biking/hiking trails are just down the street in Hill Canyon, or a casual bike and hike trails on the ranch. Popular Ventura and LA county beaches are a 20 minute drive. The property is 1. 8 miles from two wedding venues. (Marvilla Gardens and Gerry Ranch). Need a little extra space? Adjacent to the three bedroom house is a one bedroom house that sleeps 2.
