We had a wonderful time. The place was clean and even though it was atrached to the owner's house they did not bother us. We had hoped we wpuld be a little closer to the water. It's actually down the hill a little ways but, overall, it was a great stay. And I would definitely stay there again.
Access to Lake Huron to see wonderful sunrise. Everything we needed in the evenings to catch sports on TV. Host recommended excellent spots to eat (and we tried them all)! Wonderful area to explore (drove to Caseville and Lexington). Did catch a bit of fall color still.
Host responded immediately to questions.
Our long weekend at Huron the lake was all we had hoped for. The property walks right out onto Lake Huron, which was a perfectly comfortable temperature. We took advantage of the fire pit and free, provided firewood. During the day, we took advantage of several nearby parks, activities, and ice cream shops. Be sure to stop by the Stone Lodge for unexpectedly delicious food!
5 stars!
Excellent stay, although only a couple nights due to our time constraints. We wish it could have been longer. Very nice Host, great clean establishment, Everything we needed. A short walk on the property to the Beach. We would love to go back when time permits.

We really enjoyed our three day stay and wish we could have stayed longer. We felt so at peace with the beautiful flowers around us and being able to walk to the lake. We would stay there again!
The property. The warm and cozy abode. The owner, who lives on the property, is a most humble and accomdating host. I came with a single need, to reclaim peace in my spirit. If you want just a tiny taste of what I experienced over 8 days, please come and stay here.
Get up early, take a short walk down a hill, passing through the delicate fragrance of Sweet William. Pass by the lil bridge over the runoff stream, which goes out to our Lady Huron. Walk a bit further. Sit to watch the sunrise. Walk back up, sit and say good morning to the deer that live just across the street in the forest. They eat and play in the farmers acreage in the morning and evening.
