Welcome to your next family vacation destination! Our 4 bedroom home in lovely Riverbend is perfect for your next family getaway.

This is our personal home that we will not be using for the time it is available to book. What our home may lack in polish (minor wear & tear maybe a doodle on the wall), it makes up for in charm and amenities! Personal items remain in home.

☼ 4 bedrooms with a king bed, queen bed, 2 double bedrooms and one with trundle bed (sleeps 11 plus baby, 8 adults max)
☼ Pull out queen sofa bed for extra guests
☼ Full kitchen with all the dishes, cookware and appliances you'll need. Kitchen essentials included (salt, oil, spices, coffee, tea)
☼ Beautiful shaded deck and covered firepit with outdoor seating
☼ Board games and kids toys including laser tag, Lego and play kitchen
☼ Amenities for baby including folding crib, high chair and baby monitor
☼ High speed WIFI and flat screen tv
☼ Record player with Bluetooth speaker
☼ Washer and dryer, soap and fabric softener provided

"Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The house was not just a place to stay the night, but a home with everything in it. The owner was vey friendly and instructions were given clearly since the date we booked the place. Extremely cheap for the service we received and the place was well cleaned, maintained and well arranged. Definitely book again if it is available for our next vacation."

Note: Our home does not have air conditioning, but fans are provided in each bedroom for your comfort. In 30+ degree weather it can get quite warm (affecting Bedroom 1 and 2) in which case, windows should be closed during the day with blinds and blackout curtains drawn until the evening. Do not book if you require central A/C. Portable A/C units are provided for the upstairs bedrooms.
We will have someone coming to cut grass and do minor landscaping occasionally. Guest must be ok with someone entering the yard. We will try to schedule this between guests.
