This is a rare find near Ann Arbor. Our beautifully renovated home with a mid-century modern flare, boasts 5 bedrooms plus a bunk room/rec room and a sleeping loft. All totaled, this 4,400 sq ft home can sleep 15! For the outdoor adventurous, there is a crackling fire pit and large pond. There is even additional group space in the attached/detached garages. This home is perfect for your game weekend, a family retreat, or any type of large gathering - get ready to make some amazing memories!

The newly renovated space is vibrant and allows for great memories to be made. Gather around the huge kitchen island or nestle into the cozy couches in the living room. The patios are tranquil with amazing sunset views! We personally renovated this home, so come relax and enjoy.

The main floor has 5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths (there are 2 steps on this level) and the lower level has the bunk room and 2 baths. The main entry off of the parking area is at the lower level. If you have someone who cannot manage a full set of stairs, you are welcome to drive up to the front door over the lawn. There is a pack-n-play, baby gates, and a high chair if you have a young child. In consideration of our neighbors, there is a decibel monitoring device.

Guests will have access to this entire home on 6 acres.

We're close to both Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti for all the great things they have to offer. We are also about 40 minutes from Detroit.

The house was amazing! Huge and very comfortable. We felt right at home - there were 8 of us and it never felt crowded at all. Nicole was a great host. Very responsive whenever we had any questions, and very accommodating. I appreciated her interest in why we were coming in and the little touches in welcoming us.Additionally, it snowed persistently one day, and when we came back later in the day there were people there ploughing the driveways and shovelling the walkways, which we greatly appreciated!I would highly recommend this place and greatly appreciate the host. Would totally come back here again!

Great place for a local getaway!

Great quick stay!

We stayed for just a few nights to celebrate the opening of our new LEGO store in town with friends and family. The home was large enough for everyone, quiet and comfortable! There are special touches everywhere and even a customized welcome when we arrived! It was a great stay and an awesome host for all of us to be under one roof!

Oasis close to everything

We celebrated a graduation and this property worked beautifully for a multi generational gathering. The host is thoughtful about function for large groups and has provided beyond what is expected in the kitchen, linens, and furnishings. In addition it is a beautiful home with lovely decor as well as a 12 seating table outside with a water feature and lovely views. We loved our stay and recommend it highly.

If there was a better word than perfect for a place to stay for a large group, I would use it. Everyone was extremely pleased with the spaciousness and amenities this home offered, from the private bedrooms and ample baths, to the comfortable indoor gathering area, well-equipped kitchen, and the peaceful and relaxing outdoor setting. Winter Family Vacation

This property was everything we wanted and more! We had family come in from out of town to visit us for our son’s first birthday, and there was space for everyone. There was plenty to do inside, since it was so cold outside, but we plan to book this location again to enjoy in the summer/fall. The hosts were so sweet and we can’t wait to enjoy this property again.

Just Right!

There were a few boys from our local swim team swimming at EMU for the state meet. The house was in a great location for the boys and their coaches along with a couple "house parents". The spaces were perfect for our needs.The boys slept well in their own beds, enough bathrooms for all, and we were able to make them home cooked healthy meals for their competition days. Nicole was a great resource and very responsive host.Would stay here again in a heart beat.
