111 Lakeside Dr. Plantation East- The Pearl is a beautifully renovated 3 bed 2 bath end unit town-home in Plantations East! The massive granite island/table, high-end appliances, vaulted ceiling and luxe touches make this open concept home the perfect gathering place. The large primary bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor, and there are 2 additional bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. Enjoy your summer reads and happy hours on the screened in porch. Relax and enjoy your favorite movies or shows on the 70” 4K TV in the living room, or on the 50” 4K TVs in each bedroom. Passes (6) for the community pool are included in your stay. Amenities are included in rental fee. This is a non smoking rental. No pets.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $145.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.
