Indulge in the sheer elegance of this exquisite modern beach home, located just a short stroll from the renowned white sandy beaches of Destin. This professionally decorated retreat offers 7 bedrooms, each with its own full bath, comfortably accommodating up to 18 guests. Relax by the palm tree-lined, heated pool, a private oasis perfect for your beach vacation.

***Please note that this home is not a spring break party house. If you throw big parties you will be evicted with no refund.***

The Space:
Boasting a generous 3,300 square feet of living area, this spacious abode provides ample room for large family reunions or multiple families looking to vacation together. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, an open living room, and two king bedrooms. On the second floor, you'll find four additional king rooms with private balconies, as well as a large living room designed for the kids, complete with a queen sleeper sofa. Each living area is equipped with a large flat-screen TV, while the bedrooms offer 32" TVs for your entertainment.

Outside, the expansive backyard beckons with its private pool, which can be heated for a nominal fee during certain seasons. Take advantage of the gas grill for some delightful outdoor cooking, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower, and relax in the shaded area furnished with umbrellas and plenty of loungers. The driveway easily accommodates up to 7 vehicles, and there's ample space for your boat or RV as well.

Very nice house and location! Plenty of room and the pool area was super nice! Our family had a great time! The owner and property manager were quick to respond to a dishwasher situation and came to fix the issue the same day. I would definitely stay here again!

Fun Family Place

We visited with extended family and loved staying at this house. Plenty of towels, beach and pool toys. We loved that each room had its own bathroom and the kids took over the third floor bunk room. Highly recommend!

Summer Vacation

Our group of 14, ages 6-79, loved our stay!The home is immaculate, spacious, and just as described! The pool was beautiful and had lots of toys, masks, floaties! The beach is a 5 minute walk! There was a wagon, chairs, beach toys for us to use. The property manager was VERY responsive!!I would definitely rent this home again.

Fantastic family beach trip!

Sun, sand, swimming, boating - we did it all within a weeklong family vacation! The house was the perfect home base for an extended family of 15, with 7 kids ranging from 9-17. Everyone had their own space and bathroom, the house was spotless, and the neighborhood / location was perfect. The house was extremely well appointed - great cookware, pool towels, bathroom supplies. Communication with the property owner was friendly and seamless.Thank you for the memories - we hope to return soon!

House is wonderful. Plenty of room for 15 of us. Loved the fact that the house was walking distance from the beach. Allowed us to come and go as needed and made for a more comfortable time while enjoying the beach. The whole family agreed they would absolutely stay again.

Best place to stay in Destin!

We had such an amazing time here. From first point of contact the owner Rich was fantastic and always quick to respond. The house itself was so perfect. It was clean, well furnished and well stocked. We loved the pool and proximity to the beach. We have stayed in a lot of rental properties and this was our favorite and we can't wait to stay here again. Book with confidence!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Destin. There was 15 of us in our group and we had more than enough room! Everybody had their own space and private bathroom which was a huge plus! The house was very clean and well taken care of just like the pictures showed! I Highly recommend and look forward to out next visit!

Our group of 15 family members loved our stay at Carley’s Crib! The place was beautiful, clean, and had PLENTY of space for all of us. We especially loved the heated pool!! Richard and Ron were great communicators and very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Destin!

Family Trip

We stayed at Richard’s place with a small group and friends and all of our kids and it was amazing! The house was very clean and fully equipped. It was a nice short walk to the public beach which made it great when going with young kids. Richard quickly responded to all of our questions before and during the trip. We would go stay at this house again in a heartbeat.
