We are a three‑generation family, and this house fit everyone’s needs perfectly. This was our second stay here, and we continue to love it. The home is beautiful, the location is excellent, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Wonderful Home with Lots of Extras

We had a wonderful time at this location. It had lots of things to entertain the entire family. This would be a great location for all ages!!!! I would definitely stay here again!

Easy Booking, Immaculate Home, and Perfect for Families

Booking was seamless, and Josh provided clear and helpful instructions for check-in. The house was immaculate, spacious, and had plenty of room for the kids to spread out and enjoy themselves. A standout feature was the ping pong table in the garage, which kept everyone entertained.The neighborhood was peaceful and inviting, with pickleball courts conveniently located just 50 yards away—a fantastic bonus!Overall, our experience was excellent, and I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my family back during the summer. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing and fun getaway!

Awesome Fort Walton Beach house

We were very happy that we found this property. Josh was a great host, and the house was at a great location, and it was clean and beautiful. We had a multigenerational family stay and everyone had everything they wanted or needed. It was especially nice for our toddler to have everything she needed including a playpen, highchair, utensils, and toys. All the beach chairs and umbrellas were an additional bonus. Definitely looking forward to our next trip and we plan to book again with Josh.

Excellent experience!

There were a few small glitches when we checked in, both of which Josh solved promptly and efficiently. We could not log onto the Wi-Fi network until we spoke with Josh on the phone, and he gave us the backup password. Also, we had trouble locking/unlocking the door until again Josh guided us through the process. My suggestion for explaining the process in the opening instructions would be as follows:“To open the door, use the electronic keypad that is installed on the door, not the manual one that is installed next to the door. Enter your 4-digit code, then press the Schlage button at the top, then turn the lock counterclockwise to open.To lock the door, again use the electronic keypad that is installed on the door, not the manual one that is installed next to the door. Enter your 4-digit code, then press the Schlage button at the top, then turn the lock clockwise to lock the door.”This facility was exactly what it was advertised to be. Very clean and comfortable, lots of extras including recreational equipment, plenty of parking, lots of amenities, close to the beach and other entertainment venues, and plenty of room. Josh was extremely helpful and professional. We would strongly recommend this VRBO and, based on our positive experience, any others that Josh represents. Thanks for a great time.
