Living Room:
Large windows let in all the natural light you could wish for. Turn on the gas fireplace and watch the sun slowly set over top of the mountains. Or cozy up and watch a movie on the large 65” Smart TV

Downstairs:
You’ll find a large, comfortable living area/recreation room on the bottom floor. Walk out on the patio to your private hot tub, only a couple steps away, and you are enjoying the warmth. With its large sectional, 55” Smart TV, gas fireplace, and pool table, the downstairs living area will ensure everyone in your group stays entertained.

Kitchen:
This fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook even the largest of meals! The large island includes a sit-up bar with seating for four.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed, walk-in closet, dresser, and desk with chair
Bedroom 4: Queen bed, 32” Smart TV, dresser and closet
Bedroom 5: Queen bed and single over single bunk bed.

Outdoor Space:
Another reason staying here is so enviable is you`ll be able to spend your time on the sizeable second-story deck with its new weber grill for family meals or to sit, have a drink and take in your surroundings. Below is a ground-level patio with a walk-out from your recreation room where you can enjoy the golfers strolling by from the comfort of your hot tub.

Laundry
A washer and dryer are available for your use, located on the main floor next to the garage entrance. We keep the laundry room stocked with laundry pods and bounce sheets that you are free to use.

Consumables
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed 10 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.

7. Please ensure that any spills on the deck are taken care of to avoid attracting pests.

8. Finally, we kindly ask that NO TAPE/ADHESIVES be applied to the walls or any surface of the home. Thank you.
