Fabulous! Clean and comfortable, air conditioning works well, beautiful view from the deck. Convenient location to Governor’s Harbour, but also feels like a peaceful nature retreat away from it all. Great host. Recommend!

Magical stay from start to finish, sunsets on the deck were unforgettable, and swimming in that crystal-clear Caribbean blue water felt like having the entire island to yourself. Truly a quintessential Caribbean experience. Deborah and her team are absolutely world-class. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Paradise Point. The house was very clean and was perfect for our needs. My grandsons always love the pool and the snorkeling in front of the house was nice also! This was our second stay here and hope to return.

Wonderful stay

This house and stay was my Christmas gift for my family and it was exactly as billed. Simple check-in and out and a lovely remote setting just right for some serious relaxation.

Just book it! Absolutely stunning and the property is an adventure all in itself! The caves and trails in the backyard leading down to the water are incredible! The peace, the birds, the breeze- and the VIEW! You feel like you are the only people on the island! The water is stunning and so much to snorkel and explore! We found starfish, shells, crabs and more! Bring your hardbottom water shoes! You will need them everywhere on the island and definitely in the backyard yard to save your feet! The house has EVERYTHING you need including extra bedding and plenty of towels! Lots of cooking wear to make meals easy! Romel the property manger is awesome and super responsive for anything you need during your stay! This place is 10/10 and would highly recommend for anyone looking to come! The location is awesome because you can drive to everything north or south with ease!

Incredible getaway

The place is exactly as advertised. It was a wonderful retreat! We greatly enjoyed wading in the pool and listening to the ocean. A special treat was sitting in the pool at night and watching a meteor shower. Highly recommend staying here.

Great home/location

Deborah and property manager Romell were great to deal with and provided all the information we could ever need for our trip. We really enjoyed the beautiful ocean reef out back. The home was clean and pool was nice. Great location near governors harbor for groceries and restaurants. We hope to return sometime!

Wonderful Adventure

Love Eleuthera!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the property. My children had never been out of the country, so it was by far a very memorable trip for us all. The place was fantastic and absolutely beautiful. Deborah is incredibly responsive as well as Romell response to our needs. I miss Eleuthera already... thank you

Great house and great location!

The house was exactly as described and so incredibly clean!! Very central location with great restaurants nearby. Snorkeling right off the back yard was really good; we brought our own floats and snorkel gear but there was plenty there to use if needed. The pool was so nice when the surf was a little rough from a windy day but very close to super nice beaches. Deborah was a very good host and we look forward to visiting her wonderful home again!

Perfect Stay

This property has absolutely everything you could want for your stay on Eleuthera: its location half-way between the airport and Governor's Harbor and proximity to beautiful beaches, its own swimming and snorkeling cove, a beautiful pool and a very comfortable, tastefully decorated house. It was nice to have snorkeling gear, an SUP and kayaks provided. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We should have planned for a longer stay.

Believe it or not, after a plumber, an electrician, our caretaker and the pool builder all looking at it and thinking the heater was broken, I showed up the day after you left and figured out it was the circuit breaker to the heater had gone bad - ugh! It took 5 minutes to change. Hope to have you come back soon!

Beautiful house with great snorkeling!

We had a wonderful stay at Paradise Point. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Rommel was very helpful and also provided us a minivan. The only trouble we had was finding the correct driveway to turn into! After that, it was all great! The snorkeling was very good!

The most chill vacation

We wanted a place that was quiet, where we could just enjoy our family and the ocean. Well, this is the place! The house was wonderful, the pool was so nice!! The location, we would pick a different beach everyday! Deb was quick to respond if we had a question, thanks for everything! Made our 25th Anniversary very special ❤️

Amazing private home

We provisioned the second day of our stay and then never left the house. The pool is just amazing (we paid for the heater), and very sunny. It was too windy for swimming in the sea, but it looked like it would be great snorkeling. Deborah was extremely responsive and helpful. The ne day we went out we had lunch at Pascal’s across the street which is on a very nice Atlantic beach.

The Best Vacation Ever!

This property is glorious! The place is beautiful, the beds comfortable, and the layout is perfect if you want the sounds of the ocean to lull you to sleep. The pool is private and the view is breathtaking! We loved snorkeling in the clear waters and exploring the cave, right there, on the property! It’s romantic too. The couple my husband and I were traveling with became engaged while staying there. This trip couldn’t have been better. We will be back. 💕
