We are planning many improvements to the home already in good condition property. Ice cold central heating and air. Step out decks front and back for outdoor smoking. As of now just the barebones of comfortable furniture and bedding plus dinnerware will be available. No screens or WiFi as of yet. We planned to fill in amenities with suggestions from guests.

Why they chose this property

Close to the St Johns River. Great for folks who fish and enjoy bass tournaments. The boat ramp is less than a mile away.

Secluded although not in the boondocks. A good place to experience living in North Central Florida.
