About the host
Hosted by Katie Adams

We have lived in the Twin Cities area all our lives and have traveled extensively with our three (now grown) children. I completed my undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Minnesota (B.A. in Spanish and M.A. in Educational Psychology), and worked at a private 4-year university in the Twin Cities from March 2000 through February 2020, when I took a new position at one of the metro area’s finest community colleges. Curt completed a Bachelor of Architecture degree at the University of Minnesota and works in real estate and design, and manages our rental units.
We started hosting on Airbnb in December 2014, and we are thoroughly enjoying the experience! We have met literally thousands of marvelous people. It has been so satisfying to open our home and share this fabulous location with others.

Enjoy concerts in the hammock on the patio or take a 2-minute hike for a beer and a sandwich at the Pavilion.

What makes this property unique
Prime Twin Cities location, bright, roomy, historic and comfortable cottage. Just steps away from downtown Linden Hills, offering multiple unique shops, restaurants, coffee shops, bakery, county library, and even our handy local hardware store.
Our cottage was built around 1900 as a summer cottage. There were a few others built in this area around that time as summer homes.
