Lagoon Beach Resort 2 bed/2 bath with huge covered balcony and beach access

Bring the whole family to this one of a kind spacious 2 bedroom, 2 full bath beachfront apartment at Lagoon Ocean Resort! It is actually 2 studio apartments that were combined to make one large apartment with a fully covered double balcony that is an extension of the living space. The apartment boasts vaulted ceilings, a large living room with dining for 4 plus dining for 4-6 on the balcony. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children (King bed, 2 twin beds, Queen sofa-sleeper, a cot for a small child and a crib). Please be aware that to access the 2nd bedroom you must go through the 1st bedroom. Both bedrooms have separate split Air Conditioning units. The 2 bathrooms each have large showers with instant hot water.
The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, a microwave, induction stovetop, a toaster oven, Senseo Esperesso machine, and a Drip coffee maker.
The fully covered huge balcony overlooks the pool and is a perfect place to watch the sunset, have meals or relax in one of the recliners! The constant trade winds gently blow across it and make it a truly divine spot everyone is sure to love!
WiFi is fast and free and there is a Smart TV for streaming. Electricity and water are included.
Lagoon Ocean Resort is a gated resort with a pool and is located directly on Lagun Beach!
Lagun Beach is a protected lagoon which is great for children and also offers excellent snorkeling and diving and offers an abundance of sea-life.

Lagun Beach is located on the West end (Westpunt), about 40 min from the airport and 45 min from Willemstead. Westpunt is home to 7 of the best beaches on the island!

1. Lagun beach- just mere steps to the beach. Wonderful protected lagoon perfect for a morning or sunset snorkel. Turtles frequent the lagoon. Loungers/umbrellas for rent. 2 full restaurants/bars on site. Home of Bahia Diving. Massages on the beach.
2. Jeremy Beach- Quiet beach with chairs and umbrellas for rent, walking distance from Lagoon Ocean Resort. No vendors/food.
3. Little Knip- (Playa Klein Knip)Little sister to Big Knip. Smaller but just as beautiful. A must! Loungers/umbrellas for rent. Occasional Food/Smoothie trucks.
4. Big Knip (Playa Kenepa)-Ranked one of the top beaches in the world! Smoothie Truck, Food/drinks (beer, soda) to order on the beach. Chairs and umbrellas for rent. Breathtaking!
5. Playa Forti-Down the steps down to the beach from Playa Forti restaurant. Cliff diving from the restaurant. No services on the beach.
6. Playa Grande (Playa Piskado)- Where the fishermen are which attracts lots of turtles. Practically a guarantee you can swim with the turtles. Food/drink (soda, beer) vendors.
7. Playa Kalki- Home to Go West Diving. Loungers and umbrellas for rent. Great snorkeling. Beautiful beach.
Also on the West End are The National Parks- Shete Boca and Mount Cristoffel,
as well as many restaurants such as Bahia Restaurant, El Sobrino, Blue View, Playa Forti, Isabelle's Off the Beach, and Sol Food!
Our favorite rental car operation is D & D Rental Cars (www.ddcarrental.com). The staff will pick you up at the airport and drive you 0.5 mile down the road where you will be given the keys and the car with no long lines or contracts. The cars are great and the owner is responsive to any issues with the car.
