Desert Sky lake house is a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom property, built on the high point of the development, with stunning views of the lake, mountains, vineyards and desert from the front and back decks.

Enjoy the main house with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living spaces and multiple decks on two levels. A tiled fireplace and wine-bar feature add to the ambience of the great room with a large kitchen plus seating at the island and dining table.

A separate one bedroom, one bathroom suite, complete with full kitchen and laundry, is accessed by its own front door on the ground level.

This luxury home was built to satisfy your vacation needs inside and outside.

The Meritage plus plan features include:
• 3500 square feet of living space on three levels (main house plus separate suite)
• 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 3 living spaces, 2 full kitchens, 2 laundry rooms
• Master bedroom suite with direct access to front and back decks
• loft family room with large TV, wet bar and direct access to rooftop deck/outdoor kitchen
• Great room with TV, fireplace, wine bar feature and direct access to covered deck
• 2 indoor parking spots plus 3 outdoor parking spots

• Note: this home has an elevator. Access to elevator will be considered upon specific request by renter.

The Cottages on Osoyoos Lake is an amazing vacation destination in a gated community complete with it own sand beach, marina, walking paths and clubhouse. The clubhouse includes access to 2 pools, 2 hot tubs and a gym. Golf cart included! Boat slip available. With 1800 feet of waterfront and over 500 feet of sand beach, you can enjoy swimming, kayaking, boating or beach volleyball. In the evening you can wander the lit walking paths or head to the fire pits on the beach.

Osoyoos sits in wine country’s sweet spot with the charm of a beach town surrounded by Canada’s only living desert. Here you can taste award winning local wines, savour sun-kissed fruits right off the trees and refresh yourself in the warmest freshwater lake in Canada. This property was fantastic and the perfect spot for our family reunion of 9 adults. The home is so spacious, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. The large kitchen was perfect for making meals. The golf cart that was included was so helpful for travelling around The Cottages property, to the beach and clubhouse. The one drawback is that the property is 15 minutes from downtown Osoyoos, but that makes it closer to the wonderful wineries in the vicinity. Perfect spot!

Beautiful community on a beautiful lake

So much to do and the vacation experience is well thought out. Even though the home was not on the water the access with the golf cart to the marina and clubhouse made it an easy fun experience.

Beautiful property perched high in the complex. Top balcony has amazing views of lake and across. Main balcony not to bad either! Communication was always quick. The golf cart was great to use! Would stay again

Note that the downstairs unit is totally separate from the upstairs portion, we did not realize that but it turned out fine because one couple was happy to be separate. We loved the house! It was beautiful and accommodated our family of 10 perfectly . My only complaint was the elevator was out of order. When I booked the house I had specifically asked to be able to use the elevator because my father has mobility issues. Marlen did his best to help but still couldn’t get it working and said the elevator tech would need to come and fix it but no one showed up to fix the issue. This made it difficult for my father to navigate the stairs . This is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

Awesome Family Vacation

Our family had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property in August and we had an absolutely awesome vacation. The house was immaculate, spacious and easily accommodated all 10 of us. The views of the lake and mountains on the top-level deck were spectacular. The golf cart that was provided was extremely handy for shuttling people and supplies down to the beach area and clubhouse. We really enjoyed the clean, sandy private beach and had a lot of fun relaxing on the floating island. The property managers were incredibly responsive and accommodating. They provided detailed information before our arrival and were readily available to answer any questions during our stay. Exceptional service! We will definitely consider returning again in the future.

Boasting 3 floors of luxury, 3 living areas plus a views for days from one of the 3 sun decks or 2 patios! Room for 3 families to share comfortably. Enjoy upgrades such as 2 wet bars, 2nd laundry facilities, elevator, 2 kitchens, oversize decks and so much more. Sit on luxurious patio and take in water and mountain views with with a glass of famous Okanagan wine after a day of swimming or boating. This is the life!
