• Wake up with an ocean view from your bed, living room, or patio.
• Watch one of the best sunsets in the entire USA from your own dinner table (seats up to 12!), or from the enormous 600 SQFT rooftop deck overlooking the ocean.
• Large outdoor shower
• Game room with air hockey, ping ping, and foosball tables, activity table, and tons of board games for kids and families.
• Two large couch areas with 75” TVs… so the adults and children can both have their own separate hang out spaces :)
• Large upscale kitchen with 3-seat island for cooking dinners and schmoozing in the kitchen with friends
• 5 min bike ride to the Rail Trail
• All bedrooms have hybrid mattresses (combo of memory foam & inner spring) for maximum comfort
• All bedroom walls are filled with soundproofing insulation, for a quieter sleeping experience.
