Retired teacher would like you to enjoy the beauty and serenity of the Gulf of Mexico at this spacious and well appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium. HOT tax number 220592
Master Bedroom has 2 Queen beds, night table, lamp with stand lamp in corner. 48" TV, sliding glass door to the balcony, 2 sinks, walk-in shower. Dresser, Large Mirror, shelf space and hanger rod in the bath area.

Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, night table with lamp, dresser,closet shelf space with hanger rod, 32" TV, sliding glass door to balcony.

2nd Remodel completed 1/2019 with new furniture, TV's, Lighting kitchen appliances, paint throughout.

Kitchen has new counter top, disposal, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster and coffee maker. Of course stove/hood and refrigerator! Well stocked with cooking utensiles, cutlery, plates, cups, etc.

Property has pool, hot tub and laundry facilities. Condominium has key-coded entry as does the pool/hot tub area.

Located one half block from the beach with a boardwalk across the dunes and mats from the boardwalk to the packed sand. Walking distance from movies, restaurants and shops.

Third floor unit has a balcony which overlooks a beautifully landscaped pool and hot tub area. The balcony directly faces the SPACE X Launching site and should provide spectacular launch views! Space X is expecting to start launches 3/2019. They have built the launch pad, fuel tanks, satellite dishes and are now building a launch vehicle!

Enjoy TV or a movie on the 58" TV in the living room, Spectrum Cable TV and WIFI. South Padre Island permit #2015-107955.

It was clean and had plenty of towels. Very relaxing place. The bedrooms were so spacious, as well as the living and eating area. I would recommend this place over and over. When you find something good that works, we want to hand on to it, this is this place. And the price was decent. thank you.

Beautiful Condo, very close to the beach

My adult children and I stayed in this property over July 4th. It was the perfect size and configuration for us. The pool and hot tub area is well kept and beautifully landscaped. It is only a very short walk to the beach. We had one question about the internet and Barbara, the owner, was available immediately and was able to direct us to what we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

My husband & teen-age daughter really enjoyed staying in this condo. It was very close to the ocean, and very clean & well maintaned, as the owner described. The owner was very helpfull in all the details and recommendations for helping to making our vacation on the Island a wonderful memory to last a life-time. Weekend Getaway

The property was nice and location great. Very short walk to the beach. Parking space was horrible (small spaces and too much overflow). The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and food left from previous renters was not thrown out. I felt rushed by the owner/property manager to pay remaining balance. Overall, was a nice getaway. Beds were comfy and condo spacious.

This was a great property. Very spacious, great beach access. Not on the beach but very accessible with just a short walk. Only downside to the condo was there was no storage space for food, some shelving in the dining area would have been helpful. Also the same for the hall bath, some shelving would be great personal products. This condo is for 6 guests but was not stocked with towels for 6, and no wash cloths. We had to run down and purchase our own. Other than that it was a nice stay and I would stay again.

We liked the nearness to the beach, although the picture in the rental posting was a little deceiving. The walk to the beach was not right from the condo, but at the end of the block. The photo led one to believe it was in back of the condo building. The condo itself was reasonably clean but the corners made me believe it had been a bit since the last cleaning. The toilet in the hall bathroom didn't flush well. Perhaps the mechanism in the tack could use replacement. The kitchen was nicely equipped. The practice of having no paper products such as toilet paper, paper towels and coffee filters was not well received. There's no reason those items shouldn't be furnished. The walk in showers and the water pressure were very good. One of the best features. I'm not sure we will rent there again. We'll probably try somewhere else. The beds were comfortable. The closet in the one bedroom was not there so the room looked messy because of it. The lamp in the bedroom had no bulb in it. Luckily there was a bulb in a lamp not in use that I could change out. Seems like there could have been more care taken. Things were adequate but a little more attention could have made it much better.

Place was beautiful, stocked with kitchen dishes,appliances, furniture..ice was bought and left in freezer..felt like home. Real close to beach..pool was amazing...only problem was remote in guest bedroom was missing. Balconies were cool.
