Ski In/Ski Out to Private Hot Tub at Stones Throw

A true ski in ski out condo, with xc ski trails and the new Morrisey bike trails located across the street! Some highlights for your stay:
• Ski in from multiple runs and ski out to two lifts from the front door
• Private hot tub
• Indoor bike storage
• Gas fireplace, heated tile flooring
• Fully stocked kitchen
• Loading spot directly outside the condo & free underground, heated parking
• Ground floor, stairs-free Stones Throw condo
• Direct access to private grass space behind condo
Amenities:
• gas BBQ
• gas fireplace
• washer & dryer
• fully stocked kitchen; coffee: drip coffee maker (paper filters provided), Tassimo machine, coffee grinder and a French press. Coffee is not included but can be purchased at the Bluebird Market in the Sun Peaks village
• two lawn chairs
Pet Friendly!
• bring up to 2 well-behaved dogs
• we provide: a dog bed, dog bowls & dog towel
• one $50 pet fee for the entire stay
• please keep pets off of furniture
We are family friendly:
• lots of room in our 960sq ft condo
• family entertainment including TV with Roku, board games & books
• a high chair, children's plates/cutlery
• outlet covers to keep your children safe
Welcome Mountain Bikers!
• 3 wall bike mounts in the entrance (indoor bike storage!)
• chain lube & Allen key stored in condo

• overlook the 16th hole of BC's highest elevation golf course from hot tub
Winter:
• ski from the condo to the Orient and Morrisey lifts, & from the top of the Orient to the front door (or hot tub); Check out "Ski In Ski Out from Three Peaks Retreat" on YouTube!
• cross country trails begin across the road from P5
To access the pedestrian village by foot, enjoy a 10-15 minute walk through the valley trails.
An in-resort shuttle service runs during the winter and includes a stop at Stone's Throw.
