Our family had a wonderful stay! The property met all our needs- it was beautiful, clean, had plenty of room for our family and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Kathy was great to work with and we would definitely stay here again!

Very family (and small-dog) friendly. Beautiful home (a far step up from the places along this very beach we've stayed at) and one of the few ones where the "photos" match the reality as close as possible!Kathy thought of everything with an immaculate kitchen, beautiful upstairs patio area and a very "tech" friendly home. Can't wait to book this place again!

No it was an awesome place highly recommend! New renovation & the best mattress had at a rental & the beach was just a road & 20 steps w the access 20 feet away. The up & down are rented separately which was fine but confusing in advert. It has 20 steps up & only one bathroom if that matters. Only not clear thing was access to the backyard if upstairs can as the trash is back there too but otherwise 10/10 for the lodging & location

This property was great. The rental owner was really responsive when I had pre visit questions, and sent clear check in and check out directions as well as checking in to make sure my stay was going smoothly. The house is in a great location, right across the street from beach access. Plus it was nice to be able to sit on the front porch and hear the ocean. My family did not use the golf cart, but it was convenient to have access if we had wanted to. It was my first visit to Carolina Beach and I truly enjoyed it. I feel the rental was part of the charm. I would definitely recommend and go back next time.

Would definitely stay there again! Highly recommended property across the street from beach access also pet friendly they had all the beach chairs and toys you need if you didn’t have yours! Nice area with grill to cookout with tables very clean big tv big couches lots of bedroom overall would definitely stay there again!
