Steps away from the the stylish Carolina Sea Paws beach 3BR- 1 BA top floor cottage comes complete with a peek-a-boo ocean and canal views, sunshine & a white sandy beach, surfing and gorgeous sunrises & sunsets. You are only 3 blocks from the North End Pier & Grill and ~1 mile to the Boardwalk, where you can shop, dine at many local restaurants, see fireworks on Thurs., rent a Kayak, paddleboard, or bike & watch a movie at the Lake Park during the summers. Also, on the island you can visit the NC Fort Fisher Aquarium or Civil War museum, or take the Fort Fisher Ferry to Southport to see another quaint beach town or ride another ferry to Baldhead Island to see a decommissioned lighthouse "Old Baldly". After a sun-filled day at the beach, enjoy a cookout in your private cozy side yard sitting area, complete with an open shower, dining table and chairs, a BBQ & mood lighting to enjoy while you sit and listen to the ocean waves. Unfortunately this upper unit is not pet friendly or have access to the backyard, but the downstairs unit A is pet friendly. You have 1 free long or stacked parking and one extra spot next to the golf cart that is open for rental for you stay too. It is 1st come first serve so reserve it early. No matter the time or weather there’s always lots to everyone to enjoy!

Our family had a wonderful stay! The property met all our needs- it was beautiful, clean, had plenty of room for our family and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Kathy was great to work with and we would definitely stay here again!

Very family (and small-dog) friendly. Beautiful home (a far step up from the places along this very beach we've stayed at) and one of the few ones where the "photos" match the reality as close as possible!Kathy thought of everything with an immaculate kitchen, beautiful upstairs patio area and a very "tech" friendly home. Can't wait to book this place again!

This property was great. The rental owner was really responsive when I had pre visit questions, and sent clear check in and check out directions as well as checking in to make sure my stay was going smoothly. The house is in a great location, right across the street from beach access. Plus it was nice to be able to sit on the front porch and hear the ocean. My family did not use the golf cart, but it was convenient to have access if we had wanted to. It was my first visit to Carolina Beach and I truly enjoyed it. I feel the rental was part of the charm. I would definitely recommend and go back next time.

Would definitely stay there again! Highly recommended property across the street from beach access also pet friendly they had all the beach chairs and toys you need if you didn’t have yours! Nice area with grill to cookout with tables very clean big tv big couches lots of bedroom overall would definitely stay there again!
