Resort with outdoor pool and lazy river only steps from the beach!

This is a Signature Two-Bedroom Villa at Westgate Cocoa Beach Resort. This is an all suite resort featuring a private water park including a splash pad, lazy river, outdoor pool and kids pool with hot tub, adults-only relaxation zone, grill and picnic stations, direct beach access with beach concierge, relaxing beachfront sundeck, tiki bar with food and drinks, and a shuttle to and from the Westgate Cocoa Beach Pier which is located just 1 mile down the road. All Suites include a king bed in the master bedroom with private bathroom with walk-in shower, and a second bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, a living room with queen sofa sleeper, and a second full bathroom with shower-tub combination. Guests can also enjoy beach concierge which will provide beach chairs and umbrellas. Ron Jon's Surf Shop is just a short 5 minute walk. Each 2 bedroom suite will be provided with up to 6 Resort Water Park wristbands and one overnight parking permit. Guests must wear the wristbands at all times while staying at the resort, as the water park is private to Westgate guests only and is not open to the public. Car parking available only. Only 1 overnight car parking permit will be provided per each 2 bedroom suite. Due to limited space, no over-sized vehicles can be accommodated. Overflow parking may only be available in the local paid public parking areas. Please include the first and last name and date of birth of guests for booking purposes.
