Nice home and neighborhood

We stayed with 6 adults and 4 children. The house was clean, and in a nice little neighborhood. The owner was friendly and accommodating when we had a glitch checking in. We're sorry our home did not meet your expectations. Our guests five star satisfaction is most important. Our suggestion, going forward, is to communicate these things during your stay, so we have a chance to make them right. We check in many times with all of our guests during their stay and would have promptly been on top of any issues like this, had we known. Thanks for trusting us with your stay.
