Welcome to our one bedroom permitted short term rental conveniently located in Kailua. Newly renovated private 1-bedroom cottage, walking distance to Kailua Beach and Town. This is light, bright, airy and beautifully appointed. You’ll have a private yard and a lusciously landscaped garden with BBQ. Complementary Beach Cruiser Bikes available. The theme is Hawaiian modern design with vintage flare.

Kailua is best known for one of the best beaches in the world as well as a charming Kailua town. This private cottage is walking distance to the beach, Kailua town, shopping, restaurants, bars.

An ideal Kailua Location

Tobi and Yvonne were very friendly and responsive hosts. The apartment was squeeky clean and nicely furnished. It's only 15 minutes walk to the beach and near a lot of retail shopping, but is also quiet. Tobi and Yvonne have a lot of supplies available for beach and town activities, including chairs, bicycles, towels, etc. The check-in and check-out process is highly automated and there is an "Alexa" in the apartment which can answer most of your apartment questions. Tobi works next to the property (ask to see his recording studio!).

Wonderful beach gem

Tobi's cottage was perfect for our family! His communications were timed right and had lots of local information about places to eat, get groceries, etc. He was available via messages and was prompt with his responses. The unit was spacious and well appointed. As rental owners, we notice details, and Tobi had them all covered, and then some. We used the bikes to ride to the farmers market, goggles for ocean exploring and the washer and dryer to keep our bags light. Tobi is onsite, so anything we needed, he was right there. We broke a glass and lost a towel, and he was reasonable and kind about it when we told him. We even extended our stay and he was easy to work with and incredibly accommodating! This place is super close to shopping and food, as well as the beach. Parking was free and easy on property. This will be our go-to place for our Oahu stays! Thanks Tobi and Yvonne!!

Wonderful home base on Oahu!

Everything in earlier reviews is spot on. The cottage is all new, very clean and comfortable. We stayed for ten nights and felt right at home. Quiet for sleeping but you couldn’t beat the location for ease of access to great restaurants and grocery stores. Plus the beach is a five minute bike ride (bikes provided) or 15 minute stroll. Tobi is super easy to communicate with and full of great recommendations. Definitely recommend!

Best known for its long, sandy beaches, which are considered among the most beautiful in the world, life revolves around the beach.

Kailua is only 12 miles northeast of Honolulu, but the lifestyle is anything but urban. Once you cross over the Nuʻuanu Pali and come out of the tunnels, be prepared for sunny skies, gorgeous greenery, deep sand beaches and an endless expanse of blue-green ocean.

You’ll find dive shops and ocean activity stores where you can purchase or rent snorkel equipment, kayaks, and other essential gear for fun in the surf and sun. A friendly, laid-back town, Kailua claims a healthy scattering of locally owned shops and eateries plus there’s an evening open market on Thursdays.
