Large home centrally located with pool and games room.
Spacious Home with Swimming Pool and Game Room.
Fabulous traditional home with pool! Perfect location just 20 mins. to Downtown Dallas, 10 mins. to DFW, close to Irving attractions such as Toyota Music Factory (8 mins.) 6 Flags (20 mins) and AT&T Stadium (20 mins). Includes game room, foosball, shuffleboard and family games. We have high-speed WiFi and three 55' Smart Tv's, two car garage and large driveway for ample free parking. Quiet neighborhood but in the center of everything! You have the best of both worlds. Please note Guests have access to the entire home, fenced in yard and pool area. The pool is not heated and is seasonal. It isn't usable until after memorial day. During the off season we may sometimes use that time to do maintenance and repair work. Swim at your own risk (no life guard on duty).
