Spacious Superior: The perfect relaxation getaway!

Location, location, location! Unwind & gather with family/friends on a cute, tree-lined street in Michigan City! This large, fully updated home is stocked with new kitchenware, appliances, beach toys/towels, & two smart TVs. Less than 10 minutes from the beach & casino, & a short drive from hiking trails in the nation's newest national park. Enjoy a meal around the farmhouse table, roast a s'more in the firepit, or venture out to explore wineries, cafes, boat rentals, outlet malls, & more!

📋Upon booking, guests will receive an automated message that generates a rental contract. The contract simply reflects all rules listed on the platform, and is there to help keep our team on the same page regarding cleaning schedules, maintenance needs, etc, should any schedule changes or property needs arise during your stay. Rest assured that we do not share this information with anyone or use it for anything other than our internal team communication. (We do occasionally send out a postcard to our guests during the holiday season. ❄️) If you prefer not to sign this contract, that’s just fine. Please simply let us know.

Yes, dogs are welcome at Spacious Superior! 🐶 ($75 pet fee applies)
--One small to medium, potty-trained dog allowed (no puppies)
--Must be crated if left alone & kept off furniture
--Must be leashed outdoors
--Guests must clean up after pets indoors & outdoors


⚠️ Safety, Accessibility Notes & House Rules
--Homes are NOT baby-proofed (no outlet covers, no cabinet locks, furniture is not secured to walls, no cribs provided, etc). Guests are responsible for their safety.
--No parties, or events – we value the relationship with our neighbors, and strive to keep the home in top condition.
--Historic home → steep stairs inside & at the front entrance. Not ideal for non–able-bodied guests. Use handrails & take care on steps.
--The upstairs back bedroom has a floating floor; may feel soft/squeaky but is structurally sound (normal for a 100+ year-old home).
--Ring camera at front door
--🚭 No smoking inside or within 50 feet ($300 fee applies).

Check-In: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Check-Out: 10:00 AM
--Note: We always try to provide early check-in and late check-out opportunities when possible. (It is simply dependent on whether or not it’s a same day check-in/out, the condition in which the previous guest left the home, and our cleaners’ schedules.) Please notify us if you would like early/late check-in/out, and we will do our best to make it work! 🕚
--Guests will receive key code & detailed check-in instructions via message on the morning of arrival.
--Michigan City operates on Central Standard Time (CST).

--The primary renter is 25+ with a verified government ID.
--A $500 damage deposit hold is required. This is an authorization hold only (not a charge) and is released at checkout once our team confirms the home is in good condition.
